I did not intend to write negative remarks about any place with any of my posts. But, sometimes stupid is just stupid and something needs to be said. This particular Tim Hortons seems to be worse than many others (which I frequent quite a few since Im addicted to their coffee). The drive thru service in normally slower than most - regardless of what time or how busy they are; and they seem to mess up my order quite a bit. Today is not the first time and quite honestly Ive tried to avoid this one as much as I can but it is on my way home when in that area so its a matter of crossing my fingers for convenience sake. Today I ordered a maple sausage flatbread WITHOUT the egg (and a drink). The man repeated my order. Very good. Correct. And even though I was the only person in the drive thru at that time, when I got to the window the girl also repeated it to me as well. Although the tone of her voice made it sound as if she were confused. Regardless, she at least said it right, so I thought: great, 2 for 2. How can it go wrong? By not giving me the sausage patty and instead replacing it with the egg, thats how. So that would be the exact opposite of what I wanted. I find that surprising since 2 people, who I assume had not much to do seeing as it wasnt busy , repeated the order correctly. So thats it. A stupid mistake that really should not have happened. Just laziness. And lets be clear: I read reviews when a person gives a bad rating and I wonder: was this a one time thing and someones just getting even? Because I dont care for that. Its cheap. And although it may seem Im doing the same thing, trust me, Im not. Ive had plenty of crappy service at this particular one. But I think Ive reached the point that I am going to completely avoid this one now. But I was offered a free sandwich when I called in to complain, so I will be going back there at least once.

At least three times a week I go there to get breakfast meal. I order a bagel belt on a cheese bagel and I pay and I am on my way, Well today when I ordered the same thing I was charged extra. When I asked why the lady said because I got a cheese bagel and they cost more. First of all, I have never been charged extra for the cheese bagel and second when I asked how long it was extra she said about four months since the "New cheese bagel came out". That is bull. Like I said I have never been charged extra and there are three other Tim Hortons that I frequent. Well I wont be back and its a shame that you ask for a bagel belt but you cannot choose what bagel you want. Shame on you Tim Hortons. I wont be back and I will tell everyone I can how I got cheated today.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. There is almost no cream cheese. The inside of the bagel through the cream cheese. They could have not put any cream cheese and it would have been almost the same. This is not the first time this has happened. I wish I could post a picture of this bagel. I called the store and explained the problem. She said shed write a note saying saying my next bagel was free. I asked the supervisor if she could fix the problem with the skimpy cream cheese and she said shed try. Try? Make it happen! I will not be visiting this Tim Horton store again. There are plenty of other stores where I can spend my money

Ive been to this Tim Hortons location many times and I order the exact same thing every caramel iced Capp Supreme. it never fails that when I get to the window it is never a supreme Ever every single time not even once I have to ask at the window and they look at me like Im asking for something I didnt pay for. I seen it rang up on the screen and its not any particular staff it is every single one. I havent been to this location in quite a while and it never fails it also happened today maybe the manager at the Eastpointe location can give your staff a few tips they do it properly every single time never have to ask.

The people who wind up at TiHos daily, and even weekly ought to stop going and use the money saved to fully fund health savings accounts. If this is you, take the advice, your body will thank you later. Its all processed garbage in a bag and the coffee is sourced and processed in ways that are bad for animals and the Earth. Besides people (employees and shift managers) who have been there for too long are barely making above poverty wages. I havent been in TiHos in months -- less attitude -- better health -- bigger savings account -- better tasting coffee elsewhere.

They screw up EVERY order! They ask you what youve ordered once you make it to the window to pay and then they still screw it up. They hand you hot coffee with no sleeves, so you have to ask for a sleeve and you must ask for napkins. I now have to check my entire order thoroughly before leaving the window because they will mess the order up again, every single time! The breakfast sandwiches are still frozen in the middle. Makes you sick to your stomach trying to eat it.

Alright I normally go here all the time hoping that it will get better. Well today was it Im not going here any more. Their bagels never seem fresh and you get it toasted and it tastes like they put it into a blast chiller its cold. Their donuts a renal ways picked over and those are never fresh. Today my boyfriend got a large white hot chocolate and there was 1/4 of the drink missing, it wasnt full. This place is stupid.

i used to go here daily because i drive right by there on my way to work but they never seem to have there breakfast sandwiches at 4 am anymore they always have some lame excuse so now i visit the one on 26 mile rd they told me they have all there sandwiches ready by 2 am like all the other Tim Hortons do. i think the management needs to look into why there employees are jacking off all night in stead of doing there job

All but the midnighter are so disrespectful its not even funny this place is not where I would ever go again based on how rude the morning crew is the way they act when you go threw the drive threw or front counter is so rude its not even somewhere I would want my kids to work if you go threw this drive threw Im sorry I would rather drive out of my way then go there

worst location in Michigan. Was served scalding hot coffee, FROM THE PIT OF HELL, that tasted like complete crap and burnt my tongue VERY BAD. I had to spit the coffee out all over my car to prevent severe internal burns. My throat and tongue are still burnt. AMBER & BOB the managers could careless. totally unprofessional. LET THIS LOCATION DIE.
