Neither employee working knew how to make an Italian soda which is on their menu. They put outdated cream in drink. I knew because she handed customer carton to use when creamer pot empty instead of refilling container. My drink did not have correct ingredients and wrong flavoring. When I asked for new one without curdled cream I was ignored

Great coffee and service. Their specialty drinks are quite the treat, and the staff is super friendly and helpful on those mornings when a decision cant be made in a prompt fashion. Their suggestions never disappoint. The environment is great for meetings or when you need to just take a minute and enjoy a peppermint mocha.

I wanted to take the time comment on my coffee experience at River Road downtown. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I don’t get a very fancy coffee, just a latte with whole milk and they do a great job every time, day after day! I stop by several times a week and I am never disappointed.

The River Road Coffeehouse is aptly named....coffee in a two story farmhouse, and dont miss or overlook the tea or small curated menu of sweets and sandwiches. They carry loyally roasted coffee, a plus! We really enjoy the cranberry Petali tea served over ice...refreshing on a hot day.
