As far as Starbucks goes, this one is right on par. Clean, friendly, and easily accessible. An important thing to keep in mind when coffee-ing up in Hendersonville: Though there are technically three Starbucks in the town (two are located in Ingles grocery stores), this is the ONLY one that allows you to redeem your Gold Card rewards. I repeat, while you can use your card to make purchases in the other two, this is the one store you need to be in when you receive your oh-so-deserved free coffee. Over and out.

I should thank the rude staff at this location. Due to their attitudes of being inconvenienced to work I have managed to kick my Starbucks addiction and save $50 a week on coffee. Enough to buy my own espresso machine so I dont have to start my day with ungrateful scowling faces. Thanks again!

Coffee is up to the Starbucks standards, however, the cashier was on her phone the entire order and checkout process. It seemed more important for her to see what was on her phone instead of giving us her attention.

Filthy tables that look like they havent been wiped down since the store opened including rings from where people sat there drinks. Trash is filled to the brim. I might call health department its so disgusting!

Particular crew on 3/20/2017 opened the store at 5:45 instead of 5:30. Many customers were turned away. When they opened they didnt apologize and counters were dirty from the day before.
