In the store was a sign for a promotion for a case of wine for about $54.83, the sign had about 8 different types of wine on it and simply stated a case and the price. My boyfriend and I picked up one of the cases off the top and continues shopping. When we finally made our way up to the checkout he notified the cashier of the promotion so she tried to ring up the barcode on the box, nothing came up, she said she would go check with someone. When she came back she informed us whoever she spoke with said the wine would have to be scanned separately, at full price, again we question her about the sign promoting a case. We stood there waiting as she flashed her light waiting for the same guy to come over to assist. After about 10 minutes she finally went and got him, which he proceeded to come argue with us that "they didnt sell wine by the case, they arent an abc store" then we asked why there was a sign for the case of wine then. He then angrily walked off to go look at the display. Another employee finally came up to us and informed us that we would just have to take an unopened box, the assistant manager finally made her way up to explain the sign was poorly made. We finally got the issue fixed and settled on an unopened boxed and left. 2 days later my boyfriend checks his bank account statement to find he was charged for each (6) Individual bottle of wine AND the promotion for the case. The service was horrible, the employees were all very uncertain of the promotion they had in their store, then over charged us.

I have had such awful experiences at this WalMart. Straight up rude workers, they have no intentions of helping you whatsoever. Getting any work done in the auto center is just unconformable because of the side conversations that are going on between the workers. The word "unprofessional" does not even touch this place. When rudely asked "What do you want?" I told them I needed and oil change. The guy literally laughed and walked away. About 5 minutes later, he came out with his equipment to evaluate my car. I was told the high mileage oil change would be $39.99. I was later told that it would be $54 because my car took a special type of synthetic oil. This was understandable, so I agreed. My final bill was $89. When I questioned this extremely unexpected bill, the worker told me "I dont know, my coworker just threw this paper at me and told me to help you." The explanation that I later got from the employee is that "he guessed" they had replaced parts on my car as well. This was all done without my knowledge. Icing on the cake here... As I was leaving, the guy is chased me down in the parking lot, screaming that he forgot to put the oil lid back on. Overall a very stressful and unpleasant experience.

Went to Walmart for some groceries and was harrased by the self Checkout lady working this morning 8/11/2017 at 730am by the name of Miss Karen, which is what they informed us that this was her name. She harassed both my husband and I by continuously asking us if we had scanned all our purchases. She was assuming that we were not scanning the 24 cup of noddles my son had asked for (which only cost $.28 each). Even though there were other customers around she stayed only by us. She then accused us of not scanning the beer that was on the scanner when she approved the age limit. She was so worried about watching us she walked away from the terminal leaving it in cashier mode for us! Then as we were leaving she accused my husband of stealing his own Vape by saying "Did you pay for that? Or is that something you actually brought in?" And stood in front of our cart so we could not leave! They dont even sell any form of vaping products. We spent a total of $70, why would we steal food that cost the amount you would find in your couch?

Ive been going to this Walmart since it opened and not once have they had over 75% on the shelves of what I went there for and it doesnt matter what day or what time of day, especially groceries and dog food/pet supplies. The pharmacy is not bad and everyone in the pharmacy that I have dealt with has been nice and polite. This Walmart is very bad about never having enough registers open and theyre automotive service is third rate and does terrible work. Like all Walmart they do not have anywhere near enough price scanners and the few they have are poorly marked. The store, restrooms and parking lot are always filthy. The in store McDonalds is the nastiest in appearance, service and quality of any McDonalds Ive ever been to. The vision center has rude and not very knowledgeable employees. The only thing any Walmart offers is a little lower price and convenience since you can get almost anything you need in the one store as long as you dont mind buying cheap quality crap made in China!

Poor customer support along with unpleasant attitudes. The people behave like they do not wish to be there. As well as I called about getting information if a certain item in electronics were in stock, 4 - endless dial tones to electronics department, 3 - times sent to sporting goods because I said "laptop cooler", 4 - times transferred that was either endless wait or not at all, At the 5th time of being transferred after I complained to customer service about what has happened and that I was ready to make a google review I was transferred to electronics for a 30min wait with no dialtone or any indication i was even noticed. I finally got a response and was given my answer. However I am still posting this review on behalf of their customer service.

DO NOT BUY MEAT FROM HERE! I bought a pack of chicken from here yesterday and when I opened the pack to cook it, there were numerous amounts of holes in it. I have no clue where they came from, but this isnt the first time that has happened to me at this Walmart. Also, they are never fully stocked on the shelves and when you ask someone for an item, they always get an attitude about it like damn if it had been out on the shelves in the first place, I wouldnt have bothered you! Then, there is never anyone in the departments in which you are shopping. You have to search and search for someone and then when you finally find someone they arent even the ones that work in the department you need. Ghetto Walmart with rude employees.

Im so tired of Walmart and their pharmacy. On 01/24/2015 we dropped in two prescriptions at 1pm. They told us our prescriptions would be ready at 2pm. We went back at 6pm only to be told our prescriptions would be ready in twenty minutes. We were a little frustrated as we dropped them off FIVE HOURS ago. So, we sucked it up and went shopping. Twenty five minutes later we go back only to be told our prescriptions are not ready. So we got our paper prescriptions and went somewhere else. Thats Walmarts policy I believe. Hire less and make them do more. Same with cash registers. Look how many they have and what, four are open. Im done with their pharmacy and my day to day shopping will go to Food Lion.
