This Giant Eagle is my favorite bakery and hot prepared foods of all the Giant Eagles. They have unique things that you cant get anywhere else that are exceptional in taste and value such as: individual single servings of sheet cake, sweet potato cheesecake, manager specials on their apple pie, and petite chocolate chip cookies. Other notable things barbeque chicken wings dings with crispy breaded coating, roasted whole pieces of chicken, the macaroni and cheese is really good too (along with their au gratin potatoes), old fashioned Tom Tucker Mint Ginger Ale, restaurant sized containers of Mock Salad Supreme, and the 2 lb bags of restaurant quality frozen broccoli. They also have lower prices on certain produce items than at the other Giant Eagles. It is more of a community style Giant Eagle so be patient when the lines get long because the freshness from the bakery, deli, and hot prepared food stations makes it worth it.

I am a 12 yr customer of this store location. I have never had any bad experiences until today. I went in to buy my lottery tickets, the same way I buy them every couple days for 12 yrs. The young man behind the counter couldnt understand how to print them out for me. I tried repeatedly to explain it to him and just became more and more belligerent. Then I showed him a ticket and how it is suppossed to look when printed for future reference. Then as I was turning to leave he told me I better go or he was going to come from behind the counter and punch me in the head and yelled " yeah you better leave (explicative)", lets just say it was a racial comment. Ive since called the on duty manager and was told to call the owner of the store to file a complaint which I will be doing tomorrow morning. If I get no satisfaction I will be taking it to corporate.

Awful always. Each time I go there I say Im never returning but it is so close to my house so I keep giving it a try. The manager should invest in hiring bagging people as it will increase the productivity and sales of the store. I just walked away from a cart of food probably $100.00 worth because I could not bare to stand in the line one minute longer over the 17 I already had....and at this point the cashier was still on the same costumer !!!

Older business and building here, needs updated to be like some of the newer ones in the city. Selection is also much more limited than Monroeville or Robinson for example. And unlike Murrysville which is a smaller one they dont seem to encourage ordering things for you that you have to otherwise drive to one of the other Giant Eagles for

The hot foods are delicious. and they have specials that are exclusive to this giant eagle. But the selection isnt that great. And it seems they never have enough cashiers because 9 times out of 10 there are long lines. As far as customer service, everyone Ive ever spoken to has been very friendly and helpful.

The girls that work and answer the phone are ignorant. They have no kind of ppl skills. The manager Leo is just as bad. That store is terrible i go to get groceries i get hit on by almost all the guy employees. I dont want no dude with a giant eagle job. Lmao

Its a smaller Giant Eagle and you can get in and get out. Sometimes the checking out is a little slow but outside it very convenient and they have alot of the regular items the G.E. have not any special shops in this one its just a good-ol grocery store!

The pharmacy is horrible, never go right. Some cashiers are soon rude especially the one with the short hair and older woman. I avoid her line at all cause. Some prices are extremely high. Owner is very very nice.
