One if the most disappointing dining experiences ever. This Cracker Barrel has been good in the past, tonight not so much. Waitress was extremely slow, but personable until she put our food on table. Her name was Kali J. Then she decided not to come back to the table to check on us. We had to ask, beg for refills on tea, napkins. Our waitress was not swapped with customers and never saw management until 9:46pm when we got ready to leave. She definitely needs more training in customer service and how to treat her customers. As for the food my mash potatoes I stood my fork up in them and the fork stood up all by itself. I dont think I shouldve been able to do that. Entree was like warm. I took a picture of it. Gravy was nasty. Orka was good and only thing that was hot. Coca Cola cake looked like it was dropped upside down in the floor, we got one scoop of ice-cream that must have been served with a teaspoon. Not a pleasant dining experience, very upset, worse $28.45 Ive ever spent.

I has the Roast Beef-n-gravy, with mashed potatoes-white gravy, side salad, cheese grits, and a biscuit. Well, I really wished I wouldve taken a picture of my meal. The quality and quantity of this $11.99 meal was not worth $5.00. There was 3 very small portions of roast beef that didnt taste anything like roast beef and there was only a half of cup of mashed potatoes. Now the grits was probably 4 tablespoons worth in that tiny little bowl they served them in cause thats all that little bowl could hold and to top it off they was soupy. Us southern ppl dont eat soupy grits. Either they watered them down cause they got low or they just dont know how to cook grits. Watery grits have no taste. The tea was good and the service was great. They are usually not stingy on their portions to where I cant eat it all. I always have to take half of my food home. I was very disappointed.

First off I like cracker barrel. But this time it was awful. My wife had the chicken & dumplings I had the baked chicken with stuffing. The chicken & dumplings were like glue with just a couple pieces of chicken on the side of the plate. My baked chicken was mostly the breast and rib bones with a small amount of meat. The stuffing was dry as dust and the celery was raw. I had fried okra that I believe they cooked the day before it was tough as leather. It was terrible.

Me and my girlfriend came here to unwind after a pretty busy work week. It was a fairly busy night and having worked in the industry we understood the rush. The waitress that served us, Alesha, did such a good job of checking on us and following through. As for food, everything was perfect, and we got steaks which were cooked perfect to order. Id recommend this location to any who asked. Good staff/Service/Food! So 5☆ in my book!

The last two times the food was old and dry. I didnt notice until I was home. It was take out. I live too far to have taken it back and I didnt even bother to call to complain. Im sure it wouldve been the same ol lame apology, " sorry for the inconvenience, blah blah blah.."A word of advise; dont order take out after 8 pm, you will need a gallon of water to wash it down.

Order was wrong after waiting over 30 minutes. We were in a hurry and didnt plan over an hour for breakfast. Made order right. Slow to refill drinks. Mine was very water after the long wait for the food. Never had this sort of thing happen at a Cracker Barrell. Seems to be short staffed. Lots of empty tables, but hasa waiting list.

I had high expectations and was disappointed. The bathroom was filthy, the service was mediocre, my sons grilled cheese was burnt, MG daughters fruit cup came after we were all done eating (it was her side). Its just not as nice as other Cracker Barrels Ive been too. Would NOT recommend to a friend.

I actually work here , & over time the store employees are getting better at order accuracy . The grill line is getting food out quicker than before . Management has really improved since Ive Been Apart of the team !!! Proud of all my co workers and myself!! Great location , friendly people .

I usually have no problem with Cracker Barrel, but this morning my plate came with an orange slice that looked as if it had already been chewed on! And the server never apologized or offered to replace it! Really Cracker Barrel?!? Youre restaurant quality is going downhill for me!!

Service is terrible and so is the food 50% of the time. Called or order in for pick up 2 hours before we were going to get it and had to wait 40 minutes when we got there. This is the typical service at this restaurant. The one in Burlington is much, much better.

My sister and I visited this location this morning and we both requested syrup and refills and our waitress Shannon R only brought back my sisters duty and refilled her drink. She repeatedly walked by and my cup remained empty for the rest of the time I was there.

always a good meal at the Barrel. unfortunatly there has been a lot of recent employee turnover and the new folks are not yet up to speed. the food is still good though and worth the wait. once the new staff get up to speed this will go back to 5 star i hope

Pancaaaaaakes! Nough said! ... Well ok, i really enjoy the breakfast here, it is always great and makes up for the slow service on times. I cant argue once i have one of those buttermilk pancakes, very tasty! Oh and try their roast! Its amazing! Cheers!

Disappointing experience! Food was luke warm and bland. Service was mediocre. Server seemed nice enough but we felt frustrated with the lack of interest in returning to our table. I had to go to the servers station to ask for assistance from someone else.

My family visited this location a few months back and was not impressed. Decided to try it again and had the best experience. Food was great, service was great, whatever you guys are doing keep it up!!!!! Will definitely be back regularly. .....

First off the service at this place was extremely poor To the point where it was sad. Our waiter Eric had a attitude. All the food was cold and the orders was all messed up. Some of the food was also Raw. I do not recommend eating here.

Delicious homestyle food, reasonable prices, a country atmosphere, friendly wait staff...all great reasons to visit this Cracker Barrel. Plus, were never had a long wait for a table at this restaurant.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated, but didnt think much of it because they had a crowd. However, waiting 45 minutes for fried chicken & pancakes is absolutely terrible. Will not be going back
