I tried to return a salt and pepper grinder without a receipt. I was prepared to be denied because I did not have a receipt, but I did not expect what happened next. The associate pulled out a plate and tried the grinders and claimed they worked fine, She then said they use to offer easy returns but could no longer due to fraudulent activity. She then insisted on giving me cash so, "we could be done with this". I was demanding nothing and all I really wanted was another brand of grinder that worked. I was humiliated in front of other customers, my wife, and my seven year old daughter. I left a message for the manager but she did not return my call. I did reach her and she offered me 10% off on another grinder. I was not looking for a discount but this offer was pretty lame. If WS continues this level of service they will have trouble competing with competitors who beat them on price.
