Have gone here several times over the past several years to obtain hard to find parts, diesel fuel filters and even zerk fittings for my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500. They have always had to order the parts for me but they always find or get the parts the same or next day. I dont know how they do it, they always seem to find what I need. After a trip to another (unnamed) parts store today, after showing their clerk a part... he looked at me like I just walked off the surface of the moon (he didnt know what it was, a simple zerk fitting), oh well, they didnt have the part anyway. I went to NAPA and the fellow behind the counter said, "I don;t have it, but I can get it here by 3:00 today." Thats NAPA know-how, as the TV commercial says.
