The worst experience I have ever had in auto stores. Some staff there are fine, but the managers suck. This store has no comparison with the one on High House. I have had bad experience in this store several times already. Here is the most recent one. I purchased brake pads a few years ago from this store, which came with lifetime warranty. Yesterday evening I brought worn-out pads to the store for a swap as well as an upgrade to a better series. There was a price difference between the two, so I had to pay the difference (of course no problem). However, the number shown on their computer was not right. The manager simply said that they cannot do anything because thats what the computer calculated internally and there is no way to change. I explained to him and his staff a couple of times what the correct number should be. While his staff was helping me for a few minutes (less than 5), this manager got mad and spoke loudly to his staff "We cant spend an hour on this. Just give him the old type; then no price change!". He was trying to decline the upgrade due to his problem! His staff finally figured out that an additional item was added to the cart automatically for some reason. I hope that was not added by the manager earlier. AutoZone should allocate somebody from High House to this store as store manager.

Poor service and unfriendly staff. Went in this morning to purchase oil and an oil filter. After changing my oil I drove back to the AutoZone to discard the old oil. I asked where I should put it and was simply told "around back". Im not a car person, nor do I live in the area so Im not familiar with how AutoZone functions. To me, "around back" would indicate behind the store. I set the oil next to the dumpster and started walking back to my car. This is when Marty, I assume hes one of the managers, begins to yell at me about where I put the oil. When I told him I wasnt sure where to put it he began berating me and telling me that "all AutoZones are the same" and that "the oil goes in the back of the store where its always been". Instead of realizing that I had never done this and wasnt sure of the procedure he ridiculed me and made me feel like my lack of knowledge on the inner-workings of AutoZone made me someone worth attacking. Based on not only the lazy staff, but also the way Marty treated me I can not recommend this AutoZone to anybody.

Its the worst auto part store I have ever been to. I bought a battery about 4 yrs ago with a 8 yr warranty. When I first went into the store with the dead battery, they can not find my warranty record even I have my order confirmation info. They said the warranty is 3 yrs now and no more 8 yrs. Thats not right. I paid for 8 yrs warranty. Then they calculate my remaining value which they claim only one fifth original value left even still half warranty left and I have to buy a new one and apply this credit to it. Also for the core charge, they told me its not fully refund, only worth $5 in store credit which is totally against their store policy. Bye, bye, Auto Zone, no more my business and keep my one fifth value credit. Ill go to Advance Auto Parts which offer better product and better service. I got my battery without core charge as they took in the old Auto Zone battery to recycle. I also bought a lot of other stuff from them. No more Auto Zone, even they are very close to my place.

Why do You ask?
This place stinks. All shoppers need a nose plug. They are racist managers and employees. They treat you like Poop, sell you the wrong parts that you can not return and make life a living nightmare. Hamza and Marty rip you off and steal every chance they get according to the locals. Dont waste you time unless you like to be treated like a toilet. They need honest and helpful people here not crooks. Marty refused to repair my vehicle because he is racist. He talks alot of smack and junk at the register. The manager cant keep quiet and yells all through the store. It seems like they shouldnt have a job in the first place. They will not hire you if you are from the USA. Bummer. Do not shop here ever unless you want a bunch of disrespect and enjoy paying money for employees to pocket.

I had a return of unused in its orginal packaging item. The associate who was handling the return was unsure if the could be returned. The manager on duty looked at me and rudely said "no". He said once opened can not return. Another employee informed him that he cut the zip tie off the rocket wrench set. And confrimed I bought it. The manager tone towards me was very argumentative and unacceptable as a Manager. I asked him is this how you talk to all your customers the look he gave me. This was only a $30 item I could only imagine if I bought a higher ticket item.

Really helpful staff. I started out with one person helping me try to buy a socket for a special size nut of unknown size. We went back and forth for about half a day, Id try one, it wouldnt work, then Id exchange it. They helped me figure out what size I needed, spent a lot of time trying to help me solve my problem (part was $10-ish). Then I bought a pair of windshield wipers and they put them on my car for me. Great customer service. Oh, and there is a oil recycle drum in the back so you can drop off you old oil here too.

The worst experience I have ever head in auto stores. In the past, anytime I bought a head lamp in an autoparts store, the salesman would ask me whether I need it to be installed and then immediately helped me do it. But here, after I asked, the salesman refused, saying that they are not allowed to do it because it would need to remove the battery---which is a complete lie; the installation took only 3min without touching the battery. In general, the salesman there is completely unprofessional. Dont go there!

I went grocery shopping to the Wal-Mart next door and upon my return my car did not start so I walked into the AutoZone asking one of the counter guys if they could help me. To my surprise, he said he could not and not even suggested a solution. I waited for him to say something but nothing, zip, nada! I have never met somebody so careless and unapologetic. If the manager is reading this I hope he starts screening applicants more thoroughly.

Went in for a diagnostic code check. Had to wait while all the customers behind me were checked-out, and then told the wrong information on the diagnostic. Hamza either doesnt know how to use the tool, or he just didnt care. He checked the car, muttered misfire and that he could feel the misfire and then left. I didnt even get the diagnostic code. I usually go to Advanced Auto, but there isnt one close. I will no longer go to AutoZone.
