I was sold the wrong part and was told insistently that it was my mechanics fault. I went into my auto store that unusually use and had my right part and was giving a discount for NAPAS screw up within 5 mins and allot of good information (This has been at LEAST 3xs now that I had to return parts for the right ones through Napa) Their customer service employees minus well be baboons , baboons would do a far better job! I was also told there was no manager,no supervisor,no corporate office, at all and they were private owned... The manager who did call me back was rude nasty completely unprofessional and continued denying being at fault... I then went to my usual store got every bit of prove plus the right part and he still denied not being his employees fault!!!! A++ for customer service NOT !!!

They never seem to have the parts I need and the staff is as surly as they get. They can get pretty much anything but you usually have to wait.
