ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AUTO PARTS STORE IN RALEIGH. BEWARE. the new staff knows absolutely nothing about cars, particularly the black girl who apparently runs the place. they will willingly sell you junk, but will not refund your money when you bring it back. they simply replace it with the same piece of junk. do not waste your time or money with these people, much less risk the damage to your car. there is an ADVANCE AUTO PARTS less than half a mile further up wake forest road and a NAPA around the corner that carry decent parts and have knowledgeable staffs.

I go to this particular AutoZone fairly often and typically get great service here. Would give them 4 stars, but recently had a guy named John help me with a battery and he was so awesome I have to give this place 5 stars. My wife and I had been on a long trip and stopped at a few places in Nashville that didnt even know how to properly diagnose a battery issue. I wasnt about to buy anything from any of these places, so we drove it all the way to Raleigh and John got everything straightened out. Thanks guys!

I have taken two batteries there now to be recharged, batteries I knew to be fine, both times auto zone staff told me they bad. Took both batteries to advanced auto a bit farther up the road and they charged them both and I have had no issue since. Either their charger and tester are broken, they dont know how to charge a battery, or the worst, they dont charge it and tell you its bad intentionally. Dont waste your or money there.

The employees here are usually slow to help customers. I just showed up at 9:56pm to get some much needed wiper blades, after driving to another competitor auto store that was unfortunately closed, and they had already locked the door. It makes no sense to say youre open until 10pm if your employees lock customers out at 9:55pm I couldve been in and out by 10pm.
