Really good customer service here. Stopped in at this location because I was having trouble starting my car. Jonathan tested the battery and determined that it was bad. So I bought a new one, and he was more than happy to install the new battery free of charge. The next day, I was having trouble starting the car again only to find out that the battery connector was beginning to corrode. I went to the same location and Keith was very helpful in changing out the connector. I just bought the part and he installed it. The job required some effort, as you are required to cut out the old connector and install the new one. So I am very pleased with the customer service here. Jonathan and Keith were a great help.

I love this place because of the staff amd their knowledge. EVERY one of them will go above and beyond what is required of them to take care of your vehicle and they have GREAT reccomondations for LOCAL FAMILY RUN shops. After being brushed off at the local home supply store for a rivet remover, I tried this Autozone as a last resort. My expectations were blown away as Comillo (spelling might be wrong) came out to my car and removed the rivets for me. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This will now be my main auto parts supplier from here on. If you need a part, help, or advice, try here first.

Great selection of parts, specifically the odd torx driver requirements I had. The helpful staff presented me with several options when I presented my ignition cylinder woes. If possible. avoid it and use near other part shop. I asked my battery check, 2 times within 24 hours. They provided two different test results. The employer and manager are not well trained for the simple battery check and broken my battery terminal with no apology.
