Never stocked properly. I have been to this store three times and after my first visit I was very disappointed in the lack of organization and proper stocking of shelves. There was no one out stocking shelves and no one to help locate the items that I needed. Every time I came both the fresh produce, frozen items, and some dry foods were not available. I am very busy and cannot waste my time waiting over 1 hour for the manager to "look for" what I am wanting to buy. Fortunately there are many more Kroger stores in the area and I plan to go there instead. It didnt matter which day it was, and just to try and help the situation I asked if there was an optimum time period to come to the store when it was fully stocked and they gave me the run-around. I have come first thing in the morning, afternoon, and even later in the evening and all the same results. What a shame.

Absolutely crap! Dont bring your own bags here. the baggers there will continually not put your items in your cart that you pay for. Dont get upset with the customer service there or they will hang up on you and not help. complete ghetto employees there. Our pellegrino water, beer and wine never made it into our cart. with two kids with I never checked if everything was put in the the cart. On another occasion we arrived home and unpacked out items. Noticed that the organic chicken wasnt in any of our bags. So, I go back. It is not at the register I went to. She tells me she gave it back to the meat department. Subsequently, the meat department put it back out on the shelves to resell it!! We, matched the product numbers. Talk about illegal and a major food safety violation. DO NOT SHOP HERE if you are smart person.

There were a lot of good deals and food options. I was disappointed with the coupon policy. I had an electronic coupon for a product and I had a printable one. The coupons were for a different amount of the product, which I did have enough for, and for a different discount amount. They would only accept the one online and couldnt erase it when I had a better coupon. So be aware to not just randomly add coupons online when you can find a better one to print off. The cashier didnt even try to help me. Just said oh well and kept going.

My wife and I were unloading a cart full of groceries at the register when we smelled rotten meat! Turns out the "fresh" chicken drumsticks I grabbed were spoiled and were dripping all over the place. They smelled absolutely disgusting! Someone from the meat department was called up to take away the rotten meat. We were worried that salmonella or ecoli was spread all over the place! We wont be shopping here again!

Friendly service, Christmas thur the store. Needed a birthday cake for my wife, shes in Duke Hospital, just had a liver transplant. Anyway no one in the bakery, but a lady in the deli to the time to help me get a cake for my wife. Live in hickory NC, but will shop this Kroger. Every time Im in town.

Smaller than our favorite Kroger on Hillsborough Rd, smaller selection of specialty foods and items but fresh produce, meats and bakery. Also had a pharmacy and deli. Clean, friendly, service, always seems super busy and a little longer wait at check out. Other than that a good grocery store

They have great customer service, but the food there is no good. I shopped there a few times and had terrible experiences from meat that was spoiled, to fruit that rotted in just a few days. I now go there to send money through western union or to purchase toiletries.

Yes, I too just had the bagger NOT pack my meat, and I didnt notice til I got home. Called, and they couldnt figure out where it was. They really need to crack down on this problem. I cant keep driving back out there for this kind of thing.

The staff provides good customer service. They are often short staffed in the deli department so you have to wait a little longer for service than at the meat dept. The store is bright, neat and clean.

I love the sales and the digital coupons. You can really save a lot at kroger and it benefits me to shop at kroger because otherwise I would not be able to afford groceries after paying my bills

This Kroger has a good organic section with a lot of choices. Produce section is great along with deli and bakery. Staff is super friendly! Self check out makes my trips there quick and easy.

I go out of my way to go to this Kroger despite there being one around the corner. Good selection. Nice helpful service. Plenty of parking. They dont have a Kroger gas station here though.
