Big Bubba

If you are a suboxone patient do not go here!!! You will be treated like dirt when you go to fill you prescription. I was accused of forging a script (by a certain employee I believe his name starts with R) but upon showing it to a real pharmacist my script was filled after being humiliated and angered. Another time I dropped of my RX and told the tech I was going to wait, I waited 40 minutes only to be told they didnt have my RX in stock (no apology or nothing). Finally I had to drop off a RX for my dad ( a controlled substance) and was told that It would be against the law to have them hold the script until it was time to fill it (again by an employee whose name begins with R). After talking to a real pharmacist on staff I was told it would be ready in 1 day. I feel that because I am in recovery I have been treated as a second class citizen. Dont give these people your business (at least at the pharmacy) they treat people who are trying to get there life together like crap and people like that dont need anyone else making them feel guilty. Mr R. grow up (your old enough by the looks of you) and be kind.

Worst experience of any Kroger store in area. While waiting five minutes for deli to finished my order, an employee pulled yogurts from my basket and re-shelved them. When asked why, it was explained that the basked appeared abandoned and perishables needed to be returned to refrigeration. Funny thing is that the prepared fruit trays and packaged lettuce were left in the cart with no effort or concern to re-refrigerated them. The store manager explained that it was too far to walk to re-refrigerate the fruit and lettuce. No apology or offer to replenish the missing items was ever forthcoming from either the employee or the manager. Beyond just their arrogance, this Kroger has a poor attitude towards customer service. Blown away by the customer service here. I dropped a 12 pack of soda from the bottom of my cart and it exploded in the parking lot. The assistant manager, who is always working hard every single time I see him here, helped me get a new one and helped dispose of the exploded case. Honestly, he made it so easy and I am very grateful. Thank you! Oh and I also shop here weekly, the prices are unbeatable, and the customer service is leaps and bounds better than both Harris Teeter & Publix.

This chain grocery meets the basic needs - is clean and usually well stocked. Produce is sometimes good, but other times theyll leave stock out too long. Just check before you buy, especially berries. Wine department is well stocked and reasonably priced. Meat is ok though selection can be limited. Prices generally good but checkout can be spotty - slow at times and great at others.

Its takes good prices, good quality and good staff to make a grocery store tops in my list. This Kroger has it. I rarely need to seek out other grocery stores for my produce and seafood. Their staff must be trained well for customer service, so hats off to the management. Im anxious to see how Kroger purchase of Harris Teeter can improve their prices. . .

Great produce department. Huge organic food section. Good meat selection with many organic choices. Love the Kroger Simple Truth Organic products found throughout the store. Manager has helped me find things several times and is very conscientious and friendly. This is not my closest grocery store but i gladly drive extra for it.

Ive been going to this Kroger location for many years and have nothing but good things to say. The prices are great, the selection is varied, and there are always coupons ready to be used. And it doesnt hurt that its right around the corner! Definitely my go-to grocery store.

Love this place I go here for the things I dont typically buy bulk. The staff is super friendly and they always have good deals. Most of their branded items are exceptionally good at a very affordable price. They have a wide organic and healthy selection of items.

The "healthy section" is one of the best for the chain grocery stores. They recently stopped carrying a few of my favorite items in this section that I wish they would bring back- but overall good selection and prices. We always find good deals in the clearance isle.

I love the deals at Kroger, the staff, and the clearance deals that allow me to splurge (like the top dollar LED bulbs sold for a third of their normal price at clearance that were so amazing I then bought at regular sale prices). Really could not be happier.

For some reason, I perceive the store arrangement as confusing no matter how many times I go! They do have great prices and the opportunity to build points toward gas discounts. This is convenient, since the Kroger gas station is right next door.

Awesome grocery store with friendly staff! My wife and I have been shopping here for years. Great organic and health food section. The prices are all very fair and the fuel perks are better than Costco without the lines. Highly recommend.

Go late nite for a no fuss experience. It was like 9:40 pm when I went to get stuff tge store was empty but the shelves were stocked. Almost no one on my way, free traffic, etc. My favorite time is late !

They have a great store and friendly staff but their bathroom is more nasty than any gas station I have ever been to. They really need to fix this ongoing problem with their nasty restroom!

Great prices, everything is clean and neat and sales cant be beat. The only complaint is they need an actual sushi chef because the rice is over cooked and it ruins the whole sashimi.
