Love every experience that I have, the paint department is amazing on mixing color cans of tester stain for fun projects outside. If I were to request a change for this particular location, it would be that they do not show their regular customers any appreciation for their business. Sure there is the credit card things if you use credit cards or if you are a contractor the pro desk seems to be all over that. For me and many other regular customers that dont use credit cards. We really do not get shown any appreciation for supporting this store for the past 17 years that it has been open. I drive 20 minutes one way to make sure I take my business to this particular location always have, Some projects could mean 3 visits in one day. I get no recognition of appreciation for the constant amounts of money I spend there, I mean when the housing bubble burst, there are no contracts for the contractors to be spending money in these stores, who keeps them afloat during the lean times, that would be average joe customer. There are hundreds of people just like me that really spend a significant amount of money on home projects and repairs, and we never get any recognition or appreciation for this loyalty. Why not have a scan card on your key ring that you scan each time you make a purchase, this would show beyond the shadow of a doubt just how much people like myself spend to support your store. Maybe get freebies in the mail or a coupon or a free mum in the fall as a thank you for being a loyal customer. I mean there is many other places one can go, but we choose to support your location. A little appreciation here I dont think is too much to be asking.

I normally dont rate anything online but I had to after this experience. I just bought a new home that I am renovating. I went to Home Depot to buy A LOT of stuff (appliances for 2 kitchens, cabinets, tools, yard stuff, etc). I have had issues with almost everything I have tried to do, but none of it was directly anyones fault at this location. Due to the issues, Ive worked with 3 of the managers, a couple of sales people and a couple people in customer service. Everyone has been friendly and so helpful in resolving all of the issues. Even one of the managers came to my house today to fix a door that a delivery person broke and was supposed to come by and fix a few days ago. I have a lot more renovations to do and more products to purchase and I will only go to this Home Depot due to their amazing customer service and standing behind the products/services.

This store is usually on the dirty and disorganized side. They typically have overstock sitting in isles, isles closed off when no associates are working and the customer service area is usually understaffed. With that out of the way, lets move onto the other aspects of HD as a whole. They are really pushing their in house brand HDX instead of selling other higher end tools and products. It helps their margins, but its eventually going to hurt their brand. Their associates typically are less knowledgeable than Lowes and more unavailable. Youll spend time wander around the store looking for an associate to answer a question.

Lets see, where to begin... 1) Ive sent an hour in home depot in the electric isle trying to find parts. I could not find one single associate that is knowledgeable that could help me. 2) Most of the workers were standing talking to each other outside. 3) Finding some to help you load bulky item is the worst. I would NEVER recommend anyone going to this store! Hey guys Im back with more reviews. 1) one person was at the register while 2 other worker stood there and talk. 2) check out was very slow and they keep hiring new workers who dont know what theyre doing.

The staff over at Home Depot (Wendover) is excellent. We had rented the truck to transport a few home items and ran over the 10:00 PM store timings. The staff could not have been more courteous and accommodating of us. They held up the store until after we reached (around 10:15 PM) and finished the paperwork with the same smile on their faces! James (Jim), Tiffany and the entire managerial staff (Jessica and Thomas)... thanks and please continue your excellent service!!

Called and asked for the doors and windows department. Was given the runaround. I was sent to the wrong department twice, and was later told that no one was in doors and windows until later. Finally someone told me theyd get a manager to assist me. Unfortunately the manager was too busy working with another customer. I got extremely annoyed and told them Id be taking my business to Lowes. That was 9 minutes of my life that Ill never get back.

Very poor service and on top of that service techs gave wrong information about the install. Either they are trained poorly or just incompetent. Wasted weeks of time in getting the install and they never even delivered what was promised. I would not recommend anyone doing business here. The manager Latonya was also of no help. The typical answer from management is always, this is the Home Depot does business. Disappointing!!

I wish I would of remembered everyones name that assisted me today Black Friday shopping. All the associates I interacted with were very helpful but Teo really went above and beyond to help. Great customer service is a rarity these days and I hope he as well as the other employees get recognition for a job well done. Good shopping experience.

Short an sweet. Had a missing part with a delivery, called in to talk to manager Clint and he was very effective with resolving my issue and offering up a discount for the problem. Also today went in to the tool rental to try and get my mower fixed, Thad helped me get it fixed quickly and showed me how to do it. Will definitely be coming back

Terrible service. Staff are not helpful. If you call to look for a part they will say they will call you back and never will. When you go into the store and ask for help, they do not help you. Make the drive to Lowes or another area Home Depot. Do not bother wasting your time with the terrible staff at the Wendover Home Depot.

There is a reason why i go to Lowes. Good service is worth it. I shouldnt feel as if i am interrupting your day or wasting your time. That its how i felt to night. Collin in lumber was great. And one other lady i dont have a name for. But the others made me feel as if had trespassed. Please do better. #badhomedepot
