I have been in this store many times, and the service is poor. Hard to find help. Employees are not knowledgeable or really dont care. I have called twice in the last week to see if they carry something, and they almost sighed, then put me on hold and never came back both times! When I called back, the same guy answered immediately, and says, "Oh, we dont have it." When I asked why he never came back to tell ME they didnt have it, he said, "Oh, we lost you on hold, " but I know that wasnt true because the Hold Signal was beeping the whole time and never faltered. Ive about given up on this store. The prices are really high anyway, and supplies are low or dusty or even rusty! The store is just closer to my home and work than Home Depot.

I went in there a couple of weeks before the hurricane and some guy with a ponytail didnt know anything about hardware. I overheard him say he was certified in plumbing and electrical with another customer, so I figured Id ask him for help. He was a little young to be certified in a verity of things, but I asked anyway. He sold me all the wrong parts. The guy is a liar and I wouldnt refer anyone to him again! If you go to this ace, find someone other than him.

I cant believe what these reviews are saying! I chose this Ace over Home Depot any day! The nice folks usually get me from the door and escort me to the items I need and I never leave there without more knowledge then when I arrived. Yes, it has a hometown feel, but nothing wrong with that...? Support local business people!

This is the place to go for dyi project advice. Associates also know where everything is in the store and are very familiar with the products they sell. Place is small and doesnt have a lot of choices to choose from.

You can find just about anything at this store. Everyone is helpful and courteous. I just moved to Florida and this is my go to store for all my hardware needs, cleaning supplies, garden items etc...Love it !!
