Recently, I contacted Natasha about consigning my daughters deb dress. As she looked at the dress and we talked, I mentioned my daughter was getting married and when the consigned dress sold, we would be using the money to put towards her wedding dress. She told me about her Finders Service and explained how it works. I mentioned a dress style that my daughter fell in love with online, but it was out of our price range. At that point we werent ready to use the Finders Service because we hadnt been to look at any dresses, nor had my daughter tried any on. Within 12 hours of my mentioning the dress style to Natasha, she had located the dress in a sample size 8, never altered, never worn, in California. Long story, short; After a trip to NYC to visit bridal salons, the expensive dress was still my daughters favorite. I called Natasha to sign up for the Finders Service and have her check on the sample dress she had located previously. It was still available and the rest is history. The dress was overnighted to Charlotte; it arrived too late on a Friday for my daughter to try on. Natasha negotiated with the salon in California to keep the dress until Sunday when my daughter would be back in town. We met with Natasha at her house on Sunday afternoon; the dress was beautiful, my daughter was beautiful in it, and it was the most pleasant experience, thanks to Natasha. I have only the highest praise for the professional service we received and Natashas expertise on all things bridal. I wish her all the luck in the world on her new, exciting venture.

I flew to Charlotte to go wedding dress shopping with my sister, who lives in town. We went first to a large bridal store and tried on a bunch of dresses, but didnt find the perfect one for my big day. The next day, we started talking to a cute, sweet, friendly woman, who told us she had wedding dress consignment store. This was of course Natasha, and we set up an appointment for Lineage. It was fate! We walked into the store, and we were the only people there (thats how they operate). Natasha sat down with me, asked me questions about myself and what I envisioned for my dress, and then let me pick out dresses and also suggested dresses for me to try. She helped me in and out of each one, and told me a story about each one as I tried them on, helping display the trains and adjust them. After trying on a few, I had some top runners but no clear winner; then her business partner came in, asked me to try on one again, and when I tried it on again, I realized it was the one for the big day--and even better, it fit perfectly! I cannot say enough about how much I loved the experience; Natasha made me feel so special, and it made me really excited to shop for the my dress. While there was nothing wrong with the other bridal shop, the wonderful, personal service from Natasha, and her genuine excitement about her dresses (which she refers to as if they were people--"oh, Priscilla, shes a special one!"), really made a difference. I love Ladies of Lineage and Natasha! I do not think that it would be possible to receive better service. I had been to several other bridal shops and had okay experiences but was not able to find the perfect dress. I had begun to wonder if the perfect dress was out there. I called Natasha at Ladies of Lineage to make an appointment. She went out of her way to rearrange her schedule to be available when I needed the appointment. We had a wonderful conversation on the phone and I could already tell it was going to be a great experience. When we arrived at the store, Natasha greeted us warmly in her beautiful shop. Natasha is a true consultant. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and helped me pick out the dresses to try on. She also made some excellent suggestions about dresses that I might not have thought to try on. Once I started trying on dresses, she pulled out sashes, veils, earrings etc. to make each dress feel perfect. I didnt know how I was going to pick from the incredibly beautiful dresses until I put the last one on and totally feel in love. I cant wait for it to arrive and to wear it on my wedding day. Natasha made the dress shopping fun. She is very knowledgeable. Her store has the most beautiful dresses of anywhere I had been before. I would highly recommend Ladies of Lineage for your wedding dress shopping. It was the perfect experience which resulted in the perfect dress!

My sister-in-law told me about Lineage Bridal, and she had mentioned what gorgeous dresses this boutique had to offer. I quickly made an appointment and brought my mother with me, with hopes of finding my dream dress. I was hoping that this would be the day I would find "the one". My experience at Lineage Bridal was one I will never forget. My mother and I were so impressed with the array of dresses and accessories. I tried on many different types of dresses, including ones that I felt were out of my "comfort zone". There was a dress in particular, which caught my eye, but I was unsure if whether or not it fit the vision I had in mind. Jodene encouraged me to try it on, just to see if this would be a style that I could possibly like. I am so glad I listened to her because that particular dress ended up being "the one", and I couldnt be happier with my choice. Jodene was absolutely wonderful-- She was so professional, kind, and attentive, and I couldnt have been more impressed with our experience. We walked out of our appointment with a beautiful dress, and felt like we couldnt have gone to a better place for our selection. I highly recommend Lineage Bridal to every bride. You will love and appreciate the individual attention you are given, and also the beautiful selection of dresses and accessories. A huge thank you to Lineage Bridal for making this experience one that my mother and I will never forget!

I truly cannot say enough nice things about this store, location, and the actual ladies of Ladies of Lineage. I was able to schedule an appointment a little last minute due to my mothers schedule. Jodene greeted us warmly and asked us to sit for a consultation first. Despite being tardy to the appointment, she never rushed us, even once. The hands-down best part of the trip though has to be their level of professionalism and engagement. Jodene knew every dress as if it were a best friend. She could compare styles and once we figured out what I liked I didnt have to try on 15 dresses. I actually only tried on 3, the third one being just killer. She also didnt pressure me to put a veil on or hold a bouquet. She didnt gush over every dress as if it were the best thing ever (ladies youll find this is the case). Lastly, she didnt pressure me to buy it on the spot. Another boutique in Charlotte kept haggling me over the fact that I was being too logical and needed to be strictly emotional. Jodene knew we werent ready to decide and even gave us tips and suggestions for trying on other dresses. If you are concerned about budget, dont be. While yes I think most of their gowns start in the $2-$3k range, if you tell them your budget they definitely wont pressure you or even really advise you to try on something too expensive. I was most impressed with this.
