I dropped my dress off for cleaning and preservation at Chicas Bridal, as they are an authorized drop off location for a wedding preservation company. After 2 months, I called to check on the status of my dress. The manager said she would get back to me in 2 days because she was new. Even though I thought 2 days was obsurd, I waited. After 2 days, my husband called and we waited 3 more days for a response. It ended with them finding my dress, still sitting in the Bridal shop, allowing the stains on my wedding dress to set for 2 months, instead of being sent out to be cleaned and preserved, like I had paid for! I even asked the manager to please look around the store, as I had a bad feeling it hadnt even been sent out, to which she replied she looked and it wasnt now there. After I picked up my dress that day, I was told it would take 2 weeks to get a refund (again, unbelievable...) Well its been 3 weeks, and still no refund. Seeing how this company handled a simple task as mailing a dress, id never trust them with anything more important, like buying my wedding dress! Unreliable, unprofessional.

My niece recently visited the shop to view "COOL BOOK" (Exclusive catalog) after being informed that it was a dress on the floor, and in the book she may be interested in. Needless to say it was NOT!! Chicas Bridal and formal Wear is one of two stores that carry "COOL BOOK" in SC, so my niece was excited to make the thirty five minutes commute being that the other store is over three hours away. Well, the trip was not worth the time, THE OWNER (Sabre) was rude, and also provided a bogus item number for a dress....by far the worst prom shopping experience. GOOD LUCK!

Chicas has the most beautiful dresses and helpful, knowledgeable staff. The owner, Sabra, is our Chambers Young Professional of the Year and is always active and giving back to the community. Their dresses are stunning for weddings, formals or proms. They are awesome to work with for tuxedos too! Im convinced they can find the "perfect" that youre looking for-- except the groom :) Thank you Sabra and Diane and Brittany for a great shopping experience!

I cant say enough good things about this store!! Ive been shopping with Sabra at Chicas for years for formal gowns and now that they have their new store location, its even better- bigger space with even more options. The staff is so nice and friendly and actually knows about the dresses and will special order plus they have in house alterations!! Highly recommend if you need a formal dress

Sabra and Diane helped me find the perfect dress for my special day. They picked out the perfect matching veil for my look too. After I said yes to my dress I got to hold up a cute sign in front of their gallery for a picture. They put it on Instagram and it was such a special personalized dress finding experience. You can tell that they sell quality gowns too. I highly recommend them!
