I am the maid of honor for a friends wedding, she also asked me if I would plan the wedding. I took this responsibility VERY seriously, down to finding THE PERFECT dress. My friend was VERY adamant about wanting to go to this shop, because it was local and she was in love with one of the dresses in the window. I told her that there was a chance that the dress would not be available but that they would have many other dresses to choose from. So I called for her, using her phone at the time (my mistake). I did not reach a person (thats fine, it happens. It was by appointment only) so I left a detailed message with MY contact number and MY name to be contacted (my friend does not do well on phones). They contacted her, she provided them with MY information again, informing them they we would have to work around my schedule. They never called me. I called again from work, this time with my own phone. They finally got back to ME and I requested an appointment either Sunday before two or the following Wednesday (as they said they were booked for Saturday, and Tuesday). I was informed that they had just accepted a morning appointment with a lady on Sunday morning but they would ask her if she could reschedule so they could fit us in as soon as possible (very considerate, I was genuinely pleasantly surprised with that). I informed her that we could still do a Wednesday evening appointment if it was available, which she made no remark on. I NEVER received a call back, not a voicemail not a call NOTHING. I understand that they are a growing business, but if they are not able to contact everyone they say they will contact then they need to expand their hours to more than "by appointment only".

As the Mother of the Bride, I couldnt be happier with our experience at Bridal Ltd. Melissa has a great eye for choosing bridal gowns in her shop. It wasnt hard to find the perfect gown....it was hard to choose just one! Melissa was able to suggest to my daughter which gowns may look good on her and she was right on target! This was our first and only stop for shopping for bridal gowns! There was no need to go anywhere else! Her dress has since arrived and Melissa was also right on target with what size to order and measurements. Her experience shines through and makes shopping for a bridal gown a relaxing, fun time! Also, customer service has been excellent and she is quick to return phone calls! Highly recommend!!

My experience with Bridal LTD Gallery and Melissa could not have been more perfect. I felt like I was the only bride in the world and all her attention was on me. She carefully helped me in and out of SO MANY gowns in order to ensure I picked the perfect one for me. My experience with Bridal LTD was great! Melissa is so sweet and very easy to work with. Her store is super cute and she has a good variety of dresses that are very budget friendly. She helped me find my perfect dress ♡ and also went above and beyond to help me when my veil didnt make it in time for my bridal hair and makeup trial and allowed me to borrow one from the store. I would absolutely recommend her!
