In December 2012, I was serviced by Fashions & Flowers Inc for my wedding. The services they provided me were two junior bridesmaids gowns, my reception bridal gown, and flowers for my entire bridal party. This was my first time using this company although I was told by my mother how long they have been in service so I trusted that I would receive a great service. I did not have a problem with my bridal gown nor my junior bridesmaids gowns but I DID have a problem with my bridal party bouquets, my boutonnieres and my very OWN bridal bouquets. I understand in fresh flowers, the product can turn out different IF the customer chooses the wrong type of flower. BUT THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. My deposit was paid at least 7 months prior to my wedding date and my balance was paid IN FULL at least 3 months prior to my wedding date. The fresh flowers that I received for my wedding was not up to the standards of fresh flowers. My bridal party flowers, bouquets and boutonnieres were NOT FRESH!They were dead before I walked out of the door with them. My bouquet was a total different color with a variety of flowers I DID not pay for. The bridal party bouquet was dull and sprayed with water to cover up how old they were. Mind you, I had at least 7 meetings with the florist, VILMA, and she had a book she referenced to with the exact style, color, and shape of the flowers including a sample color swatch given by me from my bridal party clothing color. I had to meet up with her the week of my wedding because she somehow still did not understand how I wanted the flowers. On the day of my wedding I had to pick up my flowers- I WAS IN COMPLETE IN UTTER SHOCK WHEN I SAW THE FINISHED PRODUCT! As I went to get my flowers my heart dropped. I could not reach to get them but I had no choice. I took what was given and I asked her to at least fix my bouquet (and it was done in a complete different color other than what I asked for). Sadly, I was given the bouquet exactly two minutes before I walked down the aisle because somehow the lady got lost and couldnt find the church. Now, I feel as a customer I should receive quality service being that I paid for a service months in advance. Location, time, and date was set in stone almost a year in advance for the company so their should not have been an issue at all. I gave them plenty of time to order fresh flowers for my wedding day and they did not care to serve me properly. I am completely disappointed and disgusted by the service I was given. It was a company that I felt was up to par and I trusted for a very special day. Please all who read this, DO NOT use this company for any service. I feel that you deserve all for your dollar and I dont want this to happen to you.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!! PLEASE LISTEN TO LISS AND THE OTHER USERS WHO HAD BAD EXPERIENCES HERE!!! I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT I AM SOO FRUSTRATED AND INFURITATED WITH THIS STORE THAT I HAD TO COME ON HERE AND BLOW SOME STEAM!! FIRST OFF, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU STILL DECIDE TO GO TO THIS STORE AGAINST MY ADVICE, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET THE PRICES IN WRITING AND NEVER VERBALLY!! THE PRICE FOR OUR BRIDESMAID DRESSES MAGICALLY JUMPED $20 AFTER PLACING THE ORDER AND PUTTING THE DEPOSIT. WE DIDNT FIND OUT UNTIL ABOUT 1 MTH BEFORE THE WEDDING WHEN THE DRESSES CAME IN. I ARGUED MY CASE AND WAS INSULTED AND BASICALLY CALLED A LIAR!! THEY TOLD ME THE BEST THEY CAN DO IS TAKE $4 OFF EACH DRESS LOL WHAT AN INSULT!!! WE BOUGHT 7 DRESSES THERE AND IT WAS A NIGHTMARE FROM THE BEGINNING. THE PEOPLE ARE NICE AT FIRST THEN TOTALLY RUDE ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY!! NOT ONLY DID THEY JIP US $20 EACH DRESS, THE DRESSES DIDNT FIT GOOD AT ALL. EVERY ONE OF MY BRIDESMAIDS COMPLAINED THAT THE CENTER SEAM ON THE BUTTOCKS WAS WAY OFF CENTERED. THIS WAS VALIDATED BY MEASURING THE CENTER POINT OF EACH DRESS OVER AND OVER, THE PROOF WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF US!! WE TOLD THEM ABOUT IT AND WAS INSULTED AND CALLED A LIAR....AGAIN!!!!! THIS STORE ADDED SOO MUCH EXTRA STRESS AND TENSION ON THIS WEDDING AND STRESSED MY WIFE AND BRIDESMAIDS OUT SOOO MUCHH!!! THE OWNER MARGIE IS SO RUDE AND INSULTING AND HAD NO CARE IN THE WORLD TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT FOR US. THE WEDDING WAS ALMOST CALLED OFF BECAUSE MY WIFE WAS SOO STRESSED OUT!! WE SPENT $80,000 PLUS ON A WEDDING OF 350 PEOPLE AND DIDNT HAVE THE TIME AND PATIENCE TO ARGUE FURTHER OVER $20 A DRESS (I FELT SO SORRY FOR MY BRIDESMAIDS). YOU CAN BE SURE I SPREAD THE WORD TO EVERYONE AT MY WEDDING ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! I TOLD THE OWNER DONT WORRY ABOUT TAKING THE $4 OFF, THATS JUST INSULTING. I TOLD HER LEAVE IT AS IS AND I WILL ENSURE THAT SHE LOSES ALOT MORE THAN $140 IN BUSINESS WHICH IM SURE THIS REVIEW WOULD MORE THAN COVER!! LASTLY, LISS HIT THEIR SCAM TECHNIQUE DEAD ON THE NAIL!!!! THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED DRESSES WAYY BIGGER THAN YOUR SIZE SO THAT THEY CAN CHARGE YOU EXTRA ON THE ALTERATIONS!!! LOL, I TOOK ALL 7 OF MY DRESSES (ALL OF WHICH WERE WAY TOO BIG) ELSEWHERE TO BE ALTERED!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I REALLY WANTED TO USE PROFANITY IN THIS REVIEW BUT DIDNT WANT TO OFFEND THE PEOPLE READING IT. THIS STORE IS BY FAR THE WORST AND I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!! Terrible service and business ethics. I wasnt the bride, but I was part of the bridal party and the brides experience was just as terrible. They inisisted I needed a dress that ended up being 4 sizes too big and required 2 sets and 100 dollars of alterations.Even after I inisisted that the size they wanted to order me was way too big, they still ordered the wrong size costing me a lot of money in alterations and a dress that still nver fit properly. The bride had traveled to get her alterations sized 3 or 4 weeks ahead of time but the day before the wedding they hadnt even started them. We had to wait for the alterations to be finished after there was a big scene and we almost missed the rehearsal. I got my alterations done seperately in another state and Fashions and Flowers tried to take credit saying they had done it. It was just terrible business ethics, dont say youll have something done and not do them. The rest of the bridal party had come 3 weeks in advance and made an appointment to pick them up, they werent done or even started when we got there, the day before the wedding. The worst part is, if the bridal shop had just admitted that they should have had them done and apologized, I think the entire bridal party would have been understanding and let it go. But the owners in particular were admant that they hadnt done anything wrong, and never apologized for their mistake. This is just bad business, I would stay away from them. They were very rude, inconsiderate and I would tell everyone I know to stay away from them.
