Before going to Something New Bridal Boutique, I had tried on wedding dresses in another city. I couldn’t find anything I was crazy about. Then I went to Something New Bridal Boutique and WOW! The first dress I tried on there was the dress I said yes to. I loved all the other dresses I tried on too but I knew the first one was the one. The fine detail and design was to die for. The owner, Dilek, has very unique and exquisite dresses at her boutique; she travels to Europe often to find rare and beautiful dresses, and they truly all are gorgeous. At this first visit, everyone was so helpful, they were focused on me and made me feel very comfortable. They also pinned all the dresses that I tried on perfectly so I could actually envision what I would look like in the right size. When I chose my dress, they got my exact measurements so they could send it to the designer; this worked out perfectly and when the dress arrived it fit so great and only needed a few alterations (that they do at the boutique for you)! The fittings and alterations went great and the final product fit perfectly. The boutique is intimate, comfortable and gorgeous inside. When I went back for my fittings, they opened an upstairs portion to the store and it was beautiful inside – tastefully designed and very relaxed. They were so helpful throughout the process and answered all of my questions. They also gave me great tips on undergarments to wear with the dress. I was so excited to wear the dress on the day of my wedding. It was (and probably will be) the most beautiful dress I will ever wear! I received so many compliments from my wedding guests. I’m preserving my dress because I can’t bear parting with it. My wedding pictures came out great and show the beautiful detail. THE place to go to get your wedding dress – stunning and one of a kind dresses (that you won’t find anywhere else) and fabulous service!

Well, the dress was good, that was not the issue. Of course, I liked the dress, a little expensive but it was my decision. The problem was the ALTERATIONS! On the day of my wedding, the dress did not fit well. I had tried my dress multiple times, no, I had no weight gain or loss. But, I noticed, when I wore the dress for 8 hours (the day of the wedding) that it was not altered correctly. Of course, when youre standing in front of a mirror, theres nothing wrong with the dress. But, when you move or dance, you notice that its too loose! For example, the straps kept falling off, I almost had an indecent exposure for all the guests! And, I had a pouch because the dress was too loose, so it kept folding and creating a pouch, for a $1800 dress that was disappointing! I used their alterations lady, which was EXPENSIVE!!! My moms dress was also altered from them and they did not do a good job, again, it was too loose on her! We had to go to someone else and have it re-done. When I called and asked to be refunded for the alterations or have it re-done, they said that the alterations lady is a separate business. They cannot control her decision, to refund or not. I suggest going to BHLDN or a trusted online dress shop and then having it altered by a person. Sometimes, they have great sales! You do not need to go to a store to buy a dress. They will overcharge you! Hope this helps.

Before I went wedding dress shopping, I was very anxious about how I would look and feel in the wedding gowns. I thought it was going to be just as stressful as the rest of the wedding planning. However they made me feel so welcome and provided the most excellent service I have ever received. The quality of the gowns were amazing, and they were also all so beautiful, it made choosing one difficult. However, they made the process so easy for me and they made me feel very special and beautiful the entire time I was there. The owner, Dilek, knows her stuff and listened to me when I told her the styles that I like. She did an awesome job choosing dresses she thought I would like. Her team made me feel very comfortable as well; Brooke and Kimberly are so sweet. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for your help!!! I will be recommending them to everyone!

I couldnt have asked for a better experience!!! This was my first time trying on wedding dresses, they were super nice and showed me all the options. They are a small, locally owned shop that is involved with the community; they have partnered with Harbor House. They staff is super friendly, and I never felt rushed or pressured to buy something. They have dresses of all sizes in stock for you to try on so you are comfortable trying the dresses on. Prices are very reasonable and they can customize a dress if you want (I am having straps added to mine). I would highly recommend Something New Bridal Boutique, it is a one of a kind experience with one of a kind dresses, and a great and caring staff.

WoW! I cannot say enough great things about this place! The wedding dresses are all amazing! The whole staff is so professional. I got married on 5/2/15 and decided on a dress in late 2014. A lot of people tell you that is too short of notice for a wedding dress, but not Something New. They made this happen for me. I live in south FL but my family lives in Sanford. They were able to accommodate me even when I was coming into town last minute. Dalik and her staff are so welcoming and I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone! I cant say enough good things about this Boutique! From the start, Kristina made sure to brings us delicious refreshments and get us settled and comfortable (We were a big group!). She asked the right questions to get me acquainted with the dresses because I wasnt sure what I was looking for! The owner, Dilek, then came to join and started picking out dresses for me to try on. She was very sweet, professional and definitely knew her stuff! All the dresses were beautiful but I did end up finding the perfect dress for my Wedding Day! I couldnt be happier. This is the best bridal boutique in Orlando, a must go if you are looking for your dream wedding dress!!!

I went to several shops and Something New was the last place before making a decision. I called a day before and they had me come in next day they definitely work with your schedule. The boutique is beautiful and cozy makes you feel right at home and lets not forget the personnel amazing. I went with my mom and my stylists were mother and daughter so we connected right away, they were amazing to work with very loving and listen to your needs. I finally found my dream dress and I owe it all to Adriana and her mother. I am very excited and cant wait to take my measurements soon and get my dress. I definitely recommend this place!

WOW, I cant believe how amazing this place is! I made an appointment for a few places in one day and this was my last stop. I thought I had already found my dress but this place had such great reviews I decided to try it anyways. I could not be happier that I did! I fell in LOVE with one of their gowns and I never looked back to the original "the one". They give one on one attention and you truly feel like a princess. I actually got the moment where my family cried like you always hear about when you find the right dress. They are professional, friendly, and give excellent customer service! I would highly recommend any bride.
