BEYOND expectations! Ive visited a few other bridal salons in the Pittsburgh area, and others turned up their noses at me whenever I walked in, why.... Im not sure. Most people in this business seem uppity for some reason. Anyway I went to Sorelle, because I had an appointment with them in about a months time and I wanted to check the place out first and get a vibe about them. So I just walked in one day. 2 women immediately asked me if I needed help, and when I told them that I was just checking the place out before my appointment, they started asking me questions. When I told them my wedding was THIS summer, they quickly jumped to attention and started helping me figure out what I wanted in a dress. They waited on me like I was a princess or something.... which Im not....Im not a typical "lets try on dresses, and go shopping" kinda girl. So it surprised me that they were so helpful, ESPECIALLY when I wandered in WITHOUT an appointment!!! I mentioned a Maggie Sottero gown that Id been in love with but was discontinued this past fall. My consultant helped me get into a dress with a similar shape while the manager made some calls about my dream dress. My consultant Michelle was WONDERFUL. Shes so down to earth, friendly, and knew I was self conscious about my body and made me feel SOO comfortable. After a little while the manager came back and said after calling MANY places, they found my dress. Last one left in the COUNTRY! And it happened to be in my size! The similar gown fit me like a glove, and we all agreed the shape was flattering on me....Needless to say I ordered it right then and there! All three women who were working there that day were wonderful to me, and I felt GREAT about my wedding for the first time in awhile, after dealing with some of the stress of planning and meeting with other vendors. I HIGHLY suggest you go to Sorelle if youre looking for a great dress and immensely helpful consultants. Michelle sent me a personalized thank you card in the mail a few days after, and I just got the call that my dress came in this week. I cant wait to try it on!

Bride on a budget more than thrilled with my experience. I knew I didnt want to spend more than $1000 on my wedding dress and was told I wouldnt have any problem finding a dress in that range. They werent lying! I tried on a total of four dresses, but they probably had ten dresses pulled for me (and those were just the ones they pulled--I cant imagine that was all they had in the store--the selection was huge). The woman helping me (I think her name was Jane?) was not at all pushy about getting me into more expensive gowns. In fact, she kept me in line! Im not sure who pulled the dress I ended up buying--two women helped me that day-- but it was perfect. It was everything I said I thought I wouldnt want, but theyre the experts! I laughed when I saw it in the bag, and was still laughing when I put it on-- at first in disbelief that I liked it so much, then from happiness. It was ppppeerrrrffeeecccttt. I ended up buying my veil, shoes, and a hair pin that day, too and was not at all pressured to buy anything---they just knew how to style it all, and I was convinced! I went to pay for everything and the woman (who I think was the manager?) asked if I wanted anything changed to the dress, to which I replied that I wanted it exactly like the one I tried on. I thought alterations were variable, but apparently its a flat rate. So, even though the sample was way too large, she recommended I purchase the sample (which had only ben tried on by one other person- it was immaculate) to help me stay on budget even more! I ended up only paying for the shoes, veil, hair piece, and dress..........................$1300!!!! I still cant believe what a good deal I got. They were so nice and even stayed an hour past closing to help me, the bride on a budget... not a bride with a zillion dollars to spend. The whole team there treated each other like family and it showed. Im glad to be a Sorelle bride and am VERY excited to go back for bridesmaid dresses! :) Still raving about it!

Sorelle is amazing!! They worked so hard to make my big day amazing. I live in North Carolina, but I got married in Washington, PA. Their selection is great, but more importantly, their employees are able to assess what dresses will make you look and feel amazing! I chose the third dress I tried on. I would have never given my dress a second look had it not been picked out especially for me. They were more than accommodating to my travel schedule for fittings. They also were able to order my bridesmaids dresses (7 in total) and 2 flower girl dresses with no issues. This is a huge feat considering half of my bridesmaids were from out of town. Sorelle was also able to coordinate tuxes for 8 groomsmen (all from out of town) and 5 ring bearers (4 from out of town). When the tux manufacturer was unable to provide tuxes in the proper sizes for some of the ring bearers, the ladies as Sorelle did everything they could to make the tuxes fit... within DAYS of the wedding. They were nothing but helpful. For my final fitting (3 days before the wedding), Wendy and Jeannie stayed TWO HOURS after close just to get my bustle right. Their commitment to quality blew me away. They wanted to make sure that I looked PERFECT, and they took time out of their personal schedules to do so. Finally, the day of the wedding, they allowed me and my girls to take over their store! We got our hair and make up done at Gorgeous and put our dresses on at Sorelle. They made sure everyone looked perfect. One of my bridesmaids needed an emergency alteration, and they made it happen within minutes. If you want to feel like a princess, go to Sorelle. Their commitment to customer service is nothing short of amazing.

My appt. was at 11. When I arrived I gave my name, and was left standing. Apparently the consultant who was assigned to help me was running late, but I was not told this. While Im waiting, I was asked twice what I was there for. Huh? My consultant finally did come to me, apologized for running late and handed me over to another lady, Gina, who was super sweet. After giving them my budget, I go about trying on dresses. Its nice because the consultants help each other. HOWEVER, they put me in a dress (without a tag) which I obviously fell in love with, only to find out that it was OVER my budget. This shouldnt have happened as my budget was given more than once. Gina was able to sell me the floor sample at a discount. ( helped the situation kinda?) How do you say no to a dress you love? You really cant. So it was take that one or leave with no dress. The manager then came over and helped me make adjustments and change things to make the dress perfect for me which made me feel better about the situation. Then we go to check out and the lady behind the counter was rude. I mean super rude. (She was even rude when we walked in). When paying, my mom misheard how much needed to be paid, and I mean if looks could kill. My mom and I both said thank you after the transaction was done. NO RESPONSE. Uh, hello? We just bought a dress from you. You are the first and last person the customer sees. Your attitude should reflect that. Now Im debating taking my bridesmaids there or even having my dress altered. I feel like somewhere else would value my money a little more.
