My family and I went here to look for bridesmaids dresses for my sisters wedding. We arrived and were greeted nicely, but their tone changed completely when we mentioned we did not have an appointment. The store was completely empty at the time, so it shouldnt have been a problem. Online we saw that the store closed at 8pm, however when we arrived (at 5 pm) we were rudely told to hurry up because they closed in an hour. This was after we couldnt personally go through the dresses but we told we had to choose from a catalog. We told the consultant, who never gave us her name, the two styles and fabric we wanted to see. She proceeded to pull maybe 3 total dresses that matched what we asked for. The rest were completely opposite of what we told her we were looking for. At one point she physically pushed one of the bridesmaids into the dressing room. While one of the bridesmaids was changing, the consultant opened the dressing room door without knocking. Another huge turnoff towards this company is how dirty and in bad condition that many of the showroom dresses are in. Among the stains were makeup, deodorant, and dirt; as well as hair and rips and snagged fabric. She handed me a dress that was the exact opposite of what we requested she pull, then proceeded to tell me to go take it off because I looked terrible in it. My mother had to tell her multiple times what styles and fabric we were looking for because she continued to pull pieces that were not what we wanted to see. Both the other bridesmaid and I are in our mid to late 20s, and she continually pulled styles that would be a better fit for an older woman. It was really disappointing as we saw many styles online that we loved, but after having this experience we will have an extremely hard time ever spending our money with this company.

I would like to thank the staff of Alfred Angelo for their professionalism, their feedback, active listening, support and most importantly treating customers as they are # 1 priority. Special thanks to claudia-assistant manager, malena-sales associates, and store manager. I purchased my wedding dress from this store after visiting 2 other bridal stores. I later decided to have my flower dresses purchased there as well. i preorder my flower girl dresses to later find out that the shade of color was completely off. i was devasted and angry at myself for making the mistake of not ensuring that the shade of colors would flow together. I was afraid to ask for a switch because of company policy, which states that all sales are final once purchases are made. However, after speaking with malena who advised that she would follow-up with caludia and store manager, i later received a telephone call from claudia advising that she will speak with store manager and help out the best way she could. claudia and the entire team were supportive and encouraging during this stressful moment. finally, i later received a call advising that all 6 flower girl dresses will be changed to my new color. I was ecstatic by the news. Just like every bride, you would like your special day to be perfect. Going through this process and not having enough knowledge on shade of colors and fabric is overwhelming in itself. However, with the help of the entire team at Alfred Angelo in Sunrise, Fl they provided with the best experience ever. So kudos to the best bridal team of sunrise.

This store started off okay, and the end result was absolutely Terrible. Although one associate "Alexis" did try to sympathize with me through the process which I appreciate; still nothing was resolved. They ordered the total wrong dress for my bridesmaid, after we paid $30 rush delivery. We received the dress 5 weeks before my wedding. They then rush ordered the correct dress for my very small bridesmaid at a size 2, after I requested a size 0 for her to cut down on having to do alterations and took the $50 rush delivery from her entire full payment. The dress was still not in 10 days before my wedding and the associates had NO CLUE if it would arrive before my wedding. Thankfully it arrived 7 days before the wedding by some miracle. I was forced to then pay the additional $50 rushed delivery (that was ultimately their fault for ordering the wrong dress anyways) just for my bridesmaid to take the dress to have to spend $70 to get it altered since they didnt order the size 0 as requested. There was NO WAY I was going to let this store promise me a "rush delivery" for her alterations.. All in all, we spent a total of $330 plus taxes on something that should not have been over $200. I have also tried calling CORPORATE multiple times, and all I got was "the regional manager will call you wthin 24-48 hours"... Still waiting for that call 3 weeks later. I had ZERO problems with Alfred Angelos in Orlando, Tampa, even New York City- however this store does not keep up with company standards.

had a wonderful experience wedding dress shopping here. I came with my mother, future mother in law and two of my bridesmaids and I have to note that my anxiety levels were pretty high. I was attended to by Vena who did a great job at figuring out what I wanted based on just a couple pictures of some dresses I had seen along with some vague descriptive adjectives (relaxed, romantic, elegant). My party and I had a wonderful time trying on dresses and laughed throughout the process. Vena was very good at listening to ME and what it was that I wanted versus what more vocal and opinionated people in my party had to say (ahem, mom!) and that really helped take the pressure off. I feel its worth mentioning that I never felt pressured for time: our appointment was for 12pm and we didnt leave until well past 3pm! The staff was very patient and helpful as my mother and girls tried a couple bridesmaid and mother-of-the-bride dress possibilities. In the end Vena pulled a STUNNING gown for me that was SO much better than my initial vision but was still to my taste and within my budget. Going in I was extremely nervous that the shopping experience would be an emotional train wreck but it ended up being such a sweet and fun memory that I will always cherish. I could not have done this without Vena and the rest of the fabulous staff of this store and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering shopping here

So I went in this store today and Im only giving it 2 stars because of the professionalism. Claudia is the lady who this review is about and was working between the front desk and helping a bride to be. I was only looking for a reasonable priced flower girl dress for my nieces to wear to my beach wedding. She stopped me and said she had to sign me in etc to get someone to help me look at dresses.. NO one ever helped nor did she take any information from me.. She then directed me to go over there and look by myself..So after browsing through some dresses I asked what was the price range. Claudia turns around and asks me whats my price range so I say I really dont want to spend more than 79-80 being that its not a formal wedding and I have 2 flower girls..She then says "do me a favor and go to the swap shop if you are looking for that price".. I dont think Ive ever been so insulted in my entire life!! I wonder if she knows Davids bridal has dresses for less than 80!! Wowww!!!! So rude.. Even my 5 year old niece told me the "lady has no respect and no manners" to tell us to go to the swap shop. Never in my life will I recommend this store unless that rude lady isnt helping anyone. So rude.. Being a bride is financially stressful enough and for her to insult me as IF I cant afford the $250 dress.
