Awesome experience! I was helped by Olympia and I couldnt have asked for anyone better to help me that day! She was so kind and she was very helpful when it came down to my 47/43/54 measurements. I found my dress that very same day. First store, first dress actually! I was personally discouraged to find out that most stores only carry sample sizes, so us plus sized girls have it pretty hard when it comes to trying on certain dresses. The only plus size dresses I found were at Davids Bridal, but they had nothing on Merlilis glamour. Their prices are great too. My Allure dress has a lot of tulle, a lot of lace, and bling in all the right places. Right under $2000. My 3 bridesmaids plus maid of honor bought their dresses there too, also the same day! Olympia helped us find the perfect shade for the girls dresses. My only complaint would be that we were not informed about the extra charges each dress came with. Plus, 2 of my girls were considered plus size and they failed to mention it would be $25.00 extra even thought they took the measurements the same day. Not to mention the gown alterations were going to be about $350. Great service but, most people like to know exactly what theyll be spending since successful wedding finances are mainly about how you budget.

Worst experience. Ever. I walked in with my bridesmaids because I had made an appointment for bridesmaid dress shopping. First of all, I wasnt welcomed by anyone. I had to look for someone in the back of the store. The first lady I saw just stared at me so I told her that I was here for bridesmaid dresses and that I had an appointment at 1. She was completely dismissive. Pointed to the small section of bridesmaid they have and said that we can look there and she just walked away. I was interested in a WTOO dress I saw in their website but I saw nothing similar in their small section. If they had more selections who knows because I received no help. I read in an earlier response to a review about how they didnt see someones appointment in the computer. Well, this lady didnt even bother checking. Oh, but I must say, they seem to be very attentive with the clients who were there for wedding dress. I was so disgusted with their customer service that we walked out. I came down from Sunrise, FL to waste my time and the bridesmaids. I was embarrassed for having my girls make the drive to coral gables. Bridesmaid shoppers, avoid this store.

This experience is the worst that I have ever had. I flew here from California and thought that this would be the best store for me to get what I need for my wedding. After flying here and already spending thousands I walked into this store and the younger and older Latin women were absolutely likely disrespectful. I walked into the store and was immediately blown away from the product selection, but after selecting a dress I was led into the fitting room and then everyone disappear when another group arrived and I was so taken back by this experience that I would never want anyone to be waste time in this facility that does not value customer service. Not only that but after multiple calls someone I could have simply been told that there was mass conjestion and traffic back up due to construction. This could have all been prevented and going forward there are too many options in south beach to deal with this behavior. I cannot believe that with the stress of wedding planning younexpect me to spend my hard earned money on your location. I just want the next person not to experience what I had to go through

Mita was incredibly intuitive with my taste, it was as if she understood my idea exactly! I have been to many establishments here in Miami, New York and Boston and at Merlili I truly felt I had the most abundant selection; from every designer I appreciated, just beyond words: my admiration for the eye who selected the dresses in store deserves my loyalty for an unbiased experience. Mita has my highest regard and recommendation. If you appreciate quality and design she is the one! There is no comparison in south Florida.. I will tell everyone I know!!

Dresses are overpriced. Thats a fact...especially for bridesmaid. They have a large variety and stiles, but the price ranges are overrated.
