I love this place! I was so busy planning and sleuthing through a sea of information looking for the best venues in Nashville, Potential dance lessons and well reviewed Bridal shops, so when I finally decide On Wonderland Bridal to be my first pick for wedding dress options I knew I was anxious and even a bit worried. My wedding is an out of state affair, that is little over 3 months away, and I’m a plus size bride. you can imagine my concerns with the dress coming in on time and with finding something that would suite me. I didn’t expect to find THE DRESS so quickly in my search. Customer serves is amazing, I received a response to my email very quickly, and Alicyn was so willing to help with the tight time limit on my dress order. She was never stern incredibly friendly and pleasant on the phone, and best of all she was honest about the dress that she believed suited me and my venue, even if it meant that I didn’t pick the most expensive dress. She cheeked over and over for every dress to see if It would come in on time and she even suggested a tailor( outside her normal Friday serves tailor ) who would be able to complete the final work on my gown within (she presumed) a week. You can tell this owner loves her store and her work, it shows. She was incredibly friendly, open and truthful through the experience. When I question her about her competition in my area she never spoke any ill toward them and even complementing them. ( how often do you see that nowadays? ) It was incredibly refreshing to experience such lovely customer serves. Can’t find a single thing to critic or find fault in with this lovely beautiful store( did I mention how clean, pretty and bright the space was?) . Some suggestions This store is personal and focused on the bride (or brides maids) which mad my Gown experience heavenly and such an unforgettable experience. But if you have a larger party of say more then 6-10 trucking along with you ( which I do not recommend, that sounds like a nightmare) expect to feel a bit cramped. that’s not saying the space isn’t comfortable, I wouldn’t change it for the world. <3 Its not a walk in bridal store, you need to book a time and my recommended time is earlier in the week in the morning. I had more then an enough allotted time because I booked a Wednesday in the morning. This was a life saver as I had fallen in love with two dresses and the extra time helped me solidify a choice. being the center of attention and properly catered to was really a treat. I really could write on and on about how amazing Alicyn is and what a pleasure it all was to go to wonderland Bridals Couture, how much we chatted and the great connection my entire family had with the owner. She toke to hart my wedding day and even got all teary eyed when we found the dress, ( which was a gown that was outside my vision, but after asking her to pick out something that might alter my opinion, turned out to be the one.) <3 I never dreamed of having such a wonderful experience! Btw there prices are very reasonable. my dress is still really close to the wedding date, and I hope it comes in on time. ether way, I really couldnt have asked for a better place to find my dream dress. ( excuse any spelling mishaps plz)

WONDERLAND BRIDAL SHOULD REALLY GET 0 STARS BUT THIS WEBSITE MAKES YOU GIVE AT LEAST 1 STAR WHICH THEY DO NOT DESERVE. I posted a great review for Wonderland Bridal when we ordered the dress for my daughter and thought everything was great. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE TURNED OUT TO BE A DISASTER. My daughter was measured for her gown and it was ordered in the wrong size (off by 3 dress sizes). At that point, we had to order another dress. Three times we made appointments for fittings and when we got there, the bridal salon had a different time. I wrote down the time in a date book as soon as it was made. They also told me a set amount for alterations and when it was time to pick up the dress they added $200 extra and said special things had to be done. I told them they are supposed to tell the client about extra alteration fee BEFORE they do what they think is special. They still didnt explain it properly to me.A jacket was supposed to be altered and it was never done properly. It was delivered 30 minutes before my daughters wedding ceremony AND IT NEVER LOOKED RIGHT. IT LOOKED SO SLOPPY. I told them I wanted a refund on the jacket since they couldnt get it fixed properly the first place and they refused. At the wedding the bustle (which they did at the wedding) never stayed and my daughter had to drag her dress around (with a long train) the entire party and she was uncomfortable and really angry. My suggestion is to go to a more established company. This company needs A LOT TO LEARN. A lot of smooth talking...............we were so disappointed in this establishment. They are not what they appear.

I have been bridal dress shopping at 5 bridal salons and by FAR Wonderland was our favorite. The salon is so clean and beautifully set up. Patti was so warm and welcoming to me and my entourage. It was such a personal experience, they only take one bride at a time so it was like taking over the salon JUST for me. Patti made it all about the unforgettable experience that wedding dress shopping should be. There was a sign welcoming me by name and at the end of the appointment, they had an adorable gift bag that matched their store. I told Patti exactly what I was looking for and the first dress she picked was the ONE. I felt so comfortable from beginning to end. Patti knew just what to say for every moment from the introductions to the purchase. I would have been so disappointed if I missed this once in a lifetime experience at Wonderland Bridal Couture. Their dresses are beautiful and the selection is diverse. Their belts are gorgeous and they offer all of the finishing touches including veil, jewelry, accessories, belts, bridesmaid dresses, and flower girl dresses. For those brides that want a bridal gown shopping experience like non other, this is the spot for you! It was such a special moment for my mom and my bridesmaids that I will never forget. Thank you Wonderland Bridal!!

I am beyond happy with Wonderland Bridal Coture. You will not need to go anywhere else for your dress.... Im serious! This store is a must. There is not one dress that I didnt love in the store, they have so many gorgeous styles for your big day. I was so impressed . From my first phone call to make my appointment to purchasing my dream dress Patti was amazing! I got such a positive feeling as soon as I stepped in the door. Patti really listened to all of my wants in a dress and picked my dresses accordingly. She also gave wonderful suggestions. She kept my budget in mind also! Alicyn is wonderful and sweet too. . These ladies were so patient while I tried on so many dresses and I knew I was their top priority. I did not feel rushed at all which is so refreshing compared to other stores I visited. These ladies know exactly what they are doing! I trust them completely. The store has such a wonderful vibe and romantic setting. I loved the welcome note with my name on the chalkboard outside the dressing room. Such nice a nice touch that made an impact on me. I had such a fun time choosing my dream dress here, stress free!!! I cant say enough! I am so happy! You ladies are the best. Xo
