Que les puedo contar no se por donde comenzar.Fuimos buscando vestidos de damas para una boda,al principio el señor David fue muy amable con nosotras hasta que nos cogió el dinero completo de los vestidos,para comenzar nos tomo mal las medidas,de cinco muchachas,solo a una le quedo bien el vestido y fue pq el señor no fue el q le tomo las medidas a ella sino otra persona.Los vestidos los mandaron a pedir según el señor en Enero 8,2017( digo según el señor pq yo fui ese día y él nos dijo q los hiba a mandar a ordenar ya).Según el señor los vestidos a mas tardar en Marzo hiban a llegar,cosa q nunca paso .Nunca nos llamaron para dejarnos saber q los vestidos habían llegado,cuando decidimos llamar pq veíamos q pasaban los meses y no nos llamaban nos dijeron q si q ya estaban ahí, sacamos una cita,la cita era un lunes a las 3:00 pm.Ese mismo día el señor llamo a una de las muchachas cancelando la cita pq según el los vestidos no estaban ahí,a las demás no las llamo para decirle q no fueramos,cuando yo me entere y llame el señor me dijo q lo disculpara pero q me tenia q cancelar.Si yo no llego a llamar hubiera dado el viaje por gusto,le comente q por favor nos diera un descuento con respecto a las alteraciones q habían q hacerle a el vestido y el señor rotundamente me dijo q no se podía,quiero aclarar que el vestido llego una semana antes de la boda,(la boda fue ayer,Julio 15,2017),la razón todavía no la se pq el señor no tuvo la cortesía y la educación de explicarnos q fue lo q sucedió a pesar de q le preguntamos en varias ocasiones.Los vestidos no nos sirvieron ,una de las muchachas q es bien delgada tuvo q ponerse a hacer dieta para q el vestido le quedará,el señor en ningún momento trato de ayudarnos a resolver el problema, muy poco profesional diría yo de su parte pq si el nos tomo las medidas a todas y todas seguíamos en el mismo peso y los vestidos no nos quedaron a la mayoria el tenia q responsabilisarse por el mal trabajo o por lo menos habernos descontado algo,cosa q repito nunca hizo.No suelo hacer estas cosas de escribir mal de ninguna tienda o lugar aunque en algunas ocasiones uno no recibe el trato debido,pero en esta ocasión no puedo quedarme de brazos cruzados pq no son unos cuantos quilos los q estaban en juego,el vestido no fue barato, costo casi $200 ademas de las alteraciones q fueron $64 y para ser sincera de muy mala calidad.Solo comento para q estén alertas cuando vayan a esta tienda yo no la recomiendo para nadaya que el trato fue pésimo,muy informales y ademas ladrones,yo he caminado en otras bodas y nunca había tenido ningún problema ni como este ni como ninguno,por eso personalmente yo digo que Brides of America es una pésima tienda y obvio resaltando el mal trato y poco profecionalismo del señor David dueño de la misma.

Ive looked at several places for bridesmaids dresses and I was referred to him by my cousin who as well purchase her dress there. At first it was a warm welcoming but when it got time for payments he would either harass my girls those who were on payment plans who doesnt have bank account numbers or he will take the Payment out of their accounts on not promise dates. He was very pushy and unpleasant and very disrespectful. He also tired to charge my girls $25.00 extra if they didnt come in when he said to get fitted . At the time the contract did not say that. When I fronted him about the situation he told me "ok I wont charge you Ill acknowledge the contract and thanks to you I will update the contract but Im not happy at all" Im sorry but Im the customer and Ive been nothing but nice and very patient with you since day one. Im a Christian woman so I must act and response with grace. I came in to David four months before my wedding there was not a need to be pushy . Ordering dresses as Ive asked around to other vendors only takes two to three weeks max . Not only that but when I came to him I asked about alterations because I knew the girls will need it . I understood that the price he charged came with that . When it all balled down to it wasnt its an additional $50. Not only that but I had to lie God forgive me about my wedding date so he can order the dresses . He told me that the dresses will come in a week before the wedding . I was very upset because of course if alterations need to be done it requires more time . So I had no choice but to say my wedding date was in January 31 instead of March . Not only that but he hold one of the dresses until today 1/29 so I made two trips to the store. That leads me to believe he does that on purpose. He also did not keep communication with me regarding the arrival of the dresses I had to call him and he was like " o my yes the dresses been here you can come pick it up" at this point Im disappointed and disgusted with BRIDES OF AMERICA I would not recommend this place to no one. Some may say hes not like that but he was to me . Read your contract and ask lots of question even have it in writing so theres no misunderstanding. Very bad customer service for some one who brought you business for 9 girls horrible experience wish you the best David please learn to be a better person you your customer .. Its not for you to be happy but the customers dont ever tell anyone that you are not happy because they comforted you about money that you just wanted as extra thats stealing number one rule of having a business is to have everything thing in black and white not make up rules as you go or feel thats not professional

REFUSED TO GIVE POLICY IN WRITING... Im an out of state Maid of Honor, trying to make things clear, simple and to the point for my beautiful friend getting married. Because Im in California, I called to get a full detailed contract and/or policy of alterations, shipping, individual contract vs. group contract, cancellations, dates, etc. to properly communicate with other out of town bridal party, and local. (The bridal party had their first fitting just 48hrs ago at his boutique 2/28/16) However, the owner, David, I believe is his name, REFUSED to provide me with any policy in writing. When I requested he email or fax all policies and procedures, his response was, "I dont know how, ask the bride." (People, I am not kidding.) I proceeded to explain she is busy and its my responsibility to take care of it, he then suggested I contact the matron of honor, because he ONLY provides a contract/policy ONLY WHEN YOU PURCHASE. (Again...not kidding.) Shocked by the absurd statement, I asked how could you NOT provide people with POLICY via email or fax; yet, he continued to create verbal policy of: No refunds, no cancellations, all sales final... instead of specific written policy... which we all know verbal means nothing.. Bottom line, he refused to provide me with any policy, and said because I "dont trust him and hurt his feelings" by asking so many questions, he had to go...and he literally hung the phone up in my face...(Yes, He Hung Up in MY face) I will have to call one more time to straighten this out or really convince my friend to find business elsewhere...this guy seems like a big phony and he is very unprofessional. ( I know shes busy and I dont want to stress her, but this man is bad business, anyone that is NOT willing to provide policy, can not be trusted.)
