Despite all of the negative reviews on here, I have used Bridal Suite multiple times and each time had a wonderful experience. I have purchased prom and homecoming dresses here for more than four years and the staff members are always very friendly and more than willing to assist. When searching for dresses, they seem to get as excited as you are for your big event and always ask you how it went afterward. The negative reviews posted are most likely because Bridal Suite has a policy and strongly abides by it, who can really get upset about that? The owner is an older woman who is simply set in her ways, as we all will be one day. I dont think it is necessary to attack the shop and give them terrible reviews simply for that reason...its rather childish if you ask me. The review about the store having "fun mirrors", seriously?! If you dont like the way your body looks, change it. Dont blame the mirrors, honey. The dresses I order always come in in the EXACT color that I order them, and I am always very satisfied. Bridal Suite is a great, family-run establishment and I will never take my business anywhere else.

Dont waste your time Brides. I went there because they had a maggie sottero dress in my size I wanted to try on. My sister said she loved it, but the mirrors in their shop made it hard to see the whole dress (fun mirrors). I requested to take a photo of me in the dress it had come down to that one or one other... (I explained I wanted to share photos with my mother out of state so she could help me decide which one to purchase). They said their policy was no photos! I explained, I couldnt make a decision on which dress with out my mothers input. They didnt care. -- I reached out two more times-- Owner explained they have a policy they put in place 20years ago and even though it is going to cost them a sale... they are not changing it. (policy was to prevent brides from price shopping-- even though everything is priced at same price now and all the information is online-- Owner still is holding on to 20year old rule). If this is how they treat brides trying to buy a dress... I cant imagine what happens after you buy a dress from them?

I had a terrible experience here - they dont even deserve the one star Im giving them! After an hour of trying on dresses that were the opposite of what I was asking for and dealing with how Im (size 8) too big, etc. she says "I dont have anything youll like Megan" First of all, no one in my bridal partys name is Megan, my name is Ashley, and if youre too ignorant to remember it, I had it printed on my shirt, as well as the word BRIDE, so stop looking at my bridesmaids (also wearing BRIDESMAID shirts) and thinking they are the bride! Second, I chose one dress in her shop to try on and for some reason she didnt want me to try it (it was my size and in my price range). I am so glad I only wasted an hour of my time here, Id rather drive down south any day (which was where I ended up finding my dress). Please dont ruin your experience as a bride by going to this shop - you will be terribly disappointed as I was, at the lack of customer service and selection of dresses.

Aside from the appearance of this bridal store being very old and worn down, as well as the AC not working properly inside.. I had an absolute nightmare experience. My daughter is getting married so I needed a Mother of the bride dress. I paid almost $500.00 and did not get what I ordered. I have uploaded imaged of my signed receipt showing the color I picked as "CHERRY" and you can see in the other photo of the tag, the color I received was "BERRY". When I called and asked the owner to please give me a refund, or work with me in some way, she REFUSED, and actually blamed me for the mistake, saying that I changed my mind and picked "berry" but she forgot to change it on the receipt. I am devastated that I spent this much money on a dress for my daughters wedding, but did not get what I ordered. shame on the owner for not doing the right thing when you can clearly see, the color I signed off on was cherry. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. do not go here!!!!

Wry disappointed with my expierence. I called 4 weeks ago to make an appointment. I was told that I could not make an appointment as they only did walk in appointment. My mother, my daughter and I set out for a special day only to met with negativity. I was told I had to had an appointment. When I told her wat I was told the owner stated gruffly who told you that. Needless to say we felt in welcome and left and naught a dress at another place.

I used Bridal Suite South for my Bridesmaid dresses and it was an amazing, enjoyable experience. Months prior we had a terrible experience somewhere else and we were all dreading going shopping again. The 6 of us were the only ones shopping and the ladies were so helpful and sweet. I feel sorry for the brides who did not have as wonderful of an experience as we did. I am actually going back tonight for my mothers dress!

These people are aweful! They refused to fix a HUGH mistake that was made on ALL of the bridesmaids dresses. They ordered the wrong color and just brushed it like "Oh, Well....nothing that we can do about it now." They refused to work with us and cost use $1000s to change the entire wedding. Brides BEWARE! They were also rude when confronted....

I am never disappointed when I open the door to Bridal Suite South! I love the staff because they are beyond helpful and actually honest about whether or not something looks good on you. They make great suggestions and are very sweet. This is my treasure for special occasions, Love Yoko.
