From the first step through the door, Andy and Tonya made me feel welcome and treated me more like a friend than a customer. They and all their staff mirrored my excitement at getting just the perfect engagement ring. We poured over setting after setting, they brought out samples and catalogs, and after a couple of visits, I finally found the one that was just right. Even during all the holiday buzz, I had a great experience. They even made sure I took a cup of coffee for the long late-night drives back home. Andy and Tonya have a great shop and it has been worth the 1.5-hour drive every time. Dont miss out on this honest, friendly, and heartwarming place. Its a real gem. (Had to say it.)

Highly recommend this place. I went in for a link removal on a watch that wasnt even purchased there. I wasnt charged a cent but gladly tipped. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was able to make my own cup of coffee while I waited. Ive been to other high end jewelers and as soon as they realized I wasnt buying their nose went straight to the air. That was NOT the case with Marthaler. The staff was super nice and treated me just as good as people that were in there spending much more than I. A+

New Valley Behind the scenes

Beautiful watches, non pushy staff. They allowed me to browse at my leisure. They also carry a wide selection of Nato bands (which are difficult to find in store) and they are very reasonable on there bands. I will definitely return and buy a watch band from them
