Went to this location to get some links taken out of my Movado Series 800, and the woman that did it, I noticed, was eating lunch. Had she asked me to come back in a half hour, I would have, but, she got angry and started moving things on her work area angrily. Sometime during the removing of links she changed the time to a completely wrong time. I know she did because I always have the exact time, to the second. This could not have been an accident because in order to take links out, the knobs dont need to be messed with. Very rude and ungrateful person.

I went in to pay my bill. I had to wait 15mins whole Ben flirted with a female. They talked about football, how her son was turning 18 & I could go on. Not once did he acknowledge me as he was too busy flirting & giggling. Once I pay off my card I will be taking my business elsewhere!
