We have a Rolex/Tudor ladies wristwatch that I gave my wife back in 1996. She had worn it almost every day until February this year when she could not wear any jewelry or valuables while going in for surgery. When she resumed wearing it several days later, but the self wind would not run more than a few hours. We looked into sending it away to a Rolex repair center but was a little bit nervous about sending it through the mail and also out of state. We opted to take it locally to Crown Jewelers and asked if they could repair it. They assured us they could do the repair work. It came back about two weeks later running fine but was gaining about two minutes a day. We waited about 4 months to see if the watch would "settle down". It did not so we brought it back in about a little over two weeks ago asking them to adjust the speed and we received it back about five days ago. The watch is running perfectly and is still within one minute after five days. We are very happy with Crown Jewelers service and the reasonable price for repair considering that its a Rolex product. When we are in the market for purchasing jewelry, we will certainly go to Crown Jewelers first before considering any other jeweler. Thank you!

Most recently, Norman worked with me to create a custom piece made with family heirloom jewelry. Now I have a necklace to wear that reminds me of women I have loved and yet reflects my own personal style and taste, Thank you CDJ for being able to see and hear my vision and making it a reality.

Crown Diamond Jewelers is a cool place to shop for jewelry. My wife likes her diamonds and I like buying them for her. Crown has some of the most unique pieces around. They are not your typical jewelry store. The last piece I bought her from Crown was a tennis bracelet. I got her one with 59 diamonds in it and over 6 carat total weight. It is beautiful and she gets complimented on it all the time. The owner negotiated with me and gave me a price far below what I had been quoted for a similar one at Kay. Their selection is great and they can work with any price range. We were just in the store this weekend with our daughters boyfriend to get an engagement ring. Found a great starter setting. Getting a diamond reset out of a ring my wife had. They are most helpful and should have it reset today. Crown Diamond Jewelers is the best.

I have a beautiful Rolex that was made in 1966 and I wanted Crown Jewelers to clean it polish it replace this clasp and replace the diamond bezel the watch was very special to me because my parents gave me it upon graduation from Law School and that was nearly 30 years ago after looking at it just now I cant believe how beautiful it looks its almost as though I bought it from the show case brand new Crown Jewelers did a great job for me and this isnt the first time Ive had a great experience with them in the past with remounting some diamonds among other things and they have never disappointed me Ive always been impressed with their work and merchandise and I have to say that their prices are very very reasonable from my experience I would not hesitate to recommend Crown Jewelers at Gulf View Square Mall

Took my Breitling here for service. I dropped it off not running and in well worn condition. They called me with a quote in 3 days. I authorized the repairs and expected to hear from them in at least a few weeks. My was cleaned and repaired then buffed to remove all scratches to its original matte finish. 4 days after I authorized the repairs the watch was done and far exceeded my expectations! Plus they warranty all parts and labor for a year. My Breitling looks almost new. I will be having all my watch repairs done here in the future. If you need a watch repair or restoration, I highly recommend Crown Diamond.

After being disappointed with the jewelry store we use to purchase from... we strolled into Crown Diamond... it has been a love story ever since! Customer service, pricing and the pieces are beyond reproach! Noman is the best and Karl is an incredible artist and craftsman! Several pieces later and an upgrade to my wedding engagement ring.. needless to say.. I am a big fan! My husband and I love this store. This is a family owned store and not a chain. We bought my first diamond ring for our 35th anniversary last week. They were professional and took all the time I needed to make a decision. The wife and I love this place. Its our go to place for jewelry. We went to all of the stores in the mall to look for her wedding set, and Crown Diamond had the winner in a diamond/sapphire engagement ring. They have an outstanding selection of unique pieces, and they were able to replace a watch battery of a difficult bulova watch that another jeweler was not able to. They dont use high pressure sales tactics and are always friendly to us.
