I have owned Sergios jewelry for the last 31 years. We are the number one most liked jewelry store on Facebook with almost 30,000 likes in the Tampa Bay area. This company exemplifies the worst aspects of customer service! I ordered a 3 Ct bezel he told me I would have it in two days. I called him after waiting four days and he said he would have to order it. I asked him how come you told me you could have it in two days and he got disrespectful and rude. And he said he did not like my payment history! I always pay on time I guess he is saying I dont buy enough from him so hes going to treat me the customer rude! His name is Sam and he is the owner son so I guess he thinks hes better than other people. I would stay far away from these guys! If you want A high quality Rolex come to Sergios jewelry and you will experience true customer service.

A totally private shopping experience. Amazing! On a friends recommendation, I took my husbands watch to Zimbals because it wasnt keeping time. First of all, this place is Gorgeous. I was very taken by the lobby when I walked in, but the showroom was like nothing I have ever experienced... A totally private shopping experience in a lavish showroom that features only the ROLEX brand. When I told my husband, he made an appointment and wound up trading his (broken) watch toward a newer model. He said he got a great deal,,, and told me i could post this positive feedback. Hehe!! I know for a fact that he sent 2 friends to see them. They call it their Rolex secret. Good job, Zimbals!
