HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I SPECIAL ORDERED A CHAIR WITH A PARTICULAR LEATHER AND AFTER WAITING 5 MONTHS (CONTRACT SAID 10 WEEKS) IT WAS THE WRONG CHAIR!!!!@$%^$&%u. I WAS CALM ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION AND NEVER ONCE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE WAIT UNTIL IT WAS ALMOST 5 MONTHS AND YUP THEY FOUND THE CHAIR. THE WRONG CHAIR. I WENT TO SALESPERSON JACKIE WHO GOT BRUCE AND THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND CORRECT CHAIR AFTER CAN YOU GUESS... ANOTHER 10 WEEKS. THE WORST COMPANY . THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE UPSCALE THEY ARE A JOKE. $10,000 COUCH AND OTHER ITEMS I PURCHASED I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO ASHLY OR ANOTHER DUMP. I WOULD HAVE RECEIVED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY FOR BETTER UPSCALE FURNITURE DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE.

Stay away!! Theyre great while they are taking your order but once they have your money, they couldnt care less about you. If there is a problem with your furniture, they will do nothing to help you. Go to Safavieh instead. They seem to care about customer service.

wonderful store with helpful and informed staff. we have bought several pieces there. We have not been disappointed. Even if you are just looking the staff is available to provide decorating tips and information. No pressure or pretense.
