Wow; I called on a Thursday after placing an order online and spoke to one person who told me to resend the item I needed printed that they didnt receive it. In my email to them I explained that I needed 2 different versions to look at before placing a 65 page order. I never heard back so I called in on the following Monday to confirm my request and the second person I spoke to told me that they would get back to me because they didnt know what I was talking about. It is now Wednesday and spoke to someone different whos customer service skills are less than sub par which made this exchange even worse for me. He told me that they do not do this type of service for people. I could have been told that right away a week ago and that would have been fine. I would have come in and picked up samples and then proceeded to make the purchase. But the rudeness and ridiculousness of the whole exchange just soured my experience working with this company. Now I have to go to the VP of my office and tell them I could not deliver my task to them. I am sure to hear it because this VP is not exactly someone that likes to wait. Thanks PIP Printing.

The owner was very personable, supportive, and considerate of my situation. I needed a small but complex job completed in a short time frame. He was able to finish the job on time, and the result was outstanding. It involved taking 31 old pictures that needed to be enhanced and resized, creating the layout, and producing a multi-page booklet. The result was superb, and I couldnt have asked for anything better.
