Nice people but completely disorganized, no back up paperwork or information and not helpful with issues or problems. There appears to be some sort of disconnect between this franchise location and corporate. If youre considering UPS at all, do yourself a favor and drive to the Elmsford, corporate owned, hub and drop your package there. We no longer use this Tarrytown facility and do not recommend it.

A very disgruntled black man with an attitude problem and just very violently packaging your boxes. He had to apologize to the woman in front of me because he hit her hand with the box because of how fast he was moving.. hes pissed because people come in and ship their amazon returns and he makes nada.. dont get pissed negotiate your companies policies

Horrible Customer Service. I went there about 3-4 times and this one guy always been very rude to me. I will never go back to that store anymore. I prefer to drive 20 miles for great customer service.
