I made a change to the name of my business and needed new business cards in a hurry, and was told they would take about 8-10 days to be made. But to help me so I had something to use in the mean time, Roy the owner, offered to print me up some temporary new cards to use in the meantime ... and I didnt even ask him to do that! That is service that goes above and beyond!
