I was very disappointed, This was my 3rd and last time using this business.The balding Blond man who appears to be the owner needs a real attitude check, I normally do not complain, but he was utterly rude. I needed an envelope, he pointed in the direction and yelled at me saying that I needed a larger envelope which was hidden behind. Then when I brought him the envelope, he swished his hand away from him and told the me she ( his employee) would ring it up. I believe this to be a real people business, with his attitude he will only lose business. I am taking all my shipping some where else. I really like to give business to local vendors but in this case, I just cant.

Wanted $24 dollars to mail a DVD 2 hrs away [Long Island] with UPS. I asked for the cheapest and it was 14 dollars to ship it USPS [ who I always try to avoid] but I did and I regret it. Seams unreasonably expensive to me. I will never go there again. Better off going right to UPS..

Needed to send a FAX. It was sent promptly. When no verification page appeared, he sent it again, then a third time. finally had us call the recipient to see if the FAX got through. He wouldnt charge me until he knew that it had been received. Excellent and professional.

I walked in. Asked if I could use tape. "Well, you know, thats your responsibility, not ours.....". Rudeness. Business will be taken elsewhere.
