The service is great here. I walked in needing to return a bunch of stuff to Amazon, and the thing is, Ive never returned something by mail before so I was kind of lost. I needed to print labels, buy packaging, and then seal everything up and get it scanned. A woman named Stephanie helped me with all of this and was just really nice and funny as I kept having to ask these really obvious questions. Dont know what I would have done without her! The printing services are cheaper at FedEx-Kinkos because you print right from the machine while here you have to pay to use a computer to print (at least if you dont have a USB), but the system is easier to use.

Went to pick up some packages left from UPS at this store. Super short, white, bald headed guy was there taking care of me and had the biggest attitude and poor customer service skills. I guess he was trying to pull off the Napolean effect or something. Would never go back to this store due to the terrible service I received. It doesnt take much to hand someone a package and thank them. It was that bad.

I showed up this morning - 3/18/15 - at 8:50am. The store opens at 9am, and the guy on staff was eating his breakfast with the door locked. He opened the door, and took both of my packages that I hadnt had a chance to seal yet, and said hed take care of it. ...Good job and thanks to that worker!

I work for the ups store in Manhattan and our service is 10 times better guy was rude and look like he didnt want to help anyone I guess thats why the store is always empty never go back there
