I went there today to drop off a return package. The employee was helping a customer. I asked him for a tape to seal the box. He said to wait. Even after the payment and everything was done the customer was still asking endless questions. She was concerned about her mail to be delivered by next day. The employee was politely answering. By the time its been almost 5 minutes. I asked again, and he gave me a look and said wait. Then they started talking in asian language. After 10 minutes since I walked into the store I lost my patience and told him look Im just here to drop the package its going to take 1 minute. Can you take care of me? In a reply he said cant you see Im helping a customer? I told him Ive been waiting here for 10 minutes, and her transaction and everything was done almost 8 minutes ago, if you still want to answer her endless questions or whatever you two are talking about, tell me what should I do? He said and I quote "dont come here, drop your return somewhere else." He sure didnt want a customer whos not paying. I understand and respect the peoples work in retail stores. They go through a lot. But tell a customer go to another store because he politely waited and asked 3 times? Thats one star service right there. Best of luck with your business.

Dont use this store, these franchise owners are dishonest and deceitful. I sent a package with them that I had insured, long story short, I had to put a damage claim on it. UPS (the company, not the store) emailed me a document explaining how much my insurance reimbursement was going to be. I went to pick up my check at the UPS store and it was $40 less than UPS (the company) said it would be. When I confronted the store they told me it was illegal to speak with UPS (the company). I called the UPS company and they told me I can in-fact call the company (I already knew that) and the store should have paid me my full amount. I am now filing a complaint with the corporate office, as I think they are acting in a way I would not expect a franchise carrying the UPS name should be. DONT USE THEM!

Worst UPS experience ever!! My mother went to the store to pick up a package for me. The guy wouldnt release the package even though her ID has the exact same address as the shipping address because her last name is different from mine. I spoke with the USP customer service rep. and he told me that id with matching address is good. He still wouldnt release it after speaking with the rep. Such a poor service. Avoid at all costs

This franchise of UPS is dishonest and would over charge you. Went there few times to drop off my prepaid package and they refused to accept it because they want you to purchase postage there. Also, i was asking for some tape and they charged me few dollars of "packaging" fee. The Singh down there is probably either the owner or a friend of his, do not trust his review!

TWO THUMBS UP for this UPS store!! No long lines, No nasty attitudes, No disappointments. My choice of coming here to have my package returned was a great one because my refund came in much faster than I had expected. Yeah, I paid a little more than the cost for a USPS delivery but it was all worth it. Please stop the hatred comments down there!!!!

Diego was amazing and very helpful. Though the store is small, it is very clean and organized. The staff was professional and helpful to customers who came in which was nice to see. Diego bent over backwards chasing me down a block to give me a little $2.00 address book that I bought but left on the counter. Thank you so much Diego!!!

This ups store is a really good place to ship all the packages. They are professional packing experts, I would suggest everyone to go and get the packages packed and ship with them. They have the best customer service.

This store is the best! The employees are super helpful. I had to mail something I didnt even have in a package and I walked in and they took over and I was in and out in under five minutes!!! Thank you, UPS Store!!!

These guys are amazing!!!! I went there to drop off a UPS Package, was quick and easy. They do awesome job in wide format printing. They treated me like no other place. Store is neat and Clean!

I went there dropping off a pre-paid package. The store charged me 1 dollar for "packaging material." What the heck? I packed the package myself using my own tape and box. Dont use them.

Hard to drop off package since its a busy narrow street with limited parking space. Also, they do not sign in package of high value which can be troublesome at time.
