During my last delivery experience, Im not happy with this store and UPS customer service trying to resolve my issue. This store location automatically sent my package back to the sender refusing to hold it. They could have called have let me know and I would have called and came right away. But instead they send it back!! If I would not have checked the website I would have never known. I had a package sent here before and picked up with no problem. But this time no they right up refused it!! Is this not a pickup and sending location! Not happy at all and with UPS customer service I can not get a proper explanation on why!!

Horrible experience. The lack of professionalism is mind boggling. If business hours state being open at a certain time, customers are to assume , those hours would be honored. I waited from 815 , expecting them to open at 830, give them time to open the gates and set up. Nothing , 845 maybe they are running late. 930 ! And the doors are not open, I had to sit back and think if today was a holiday , but to my dismay, it was a weekday and still doors remain closed. Never coming to liberty UPS , sometimes convienence isnt convienant.
