I could not have had a worse experience. Julianne met me at a locked door for minuteman press at 9:45 am with a "what do you want?" After explaining that i wanted a script printed and emailing her my file i was dismayed to find that the larger printer had jammed. She tried the secondary printer. It jammed. I had to wait for 30 minutes (because i needed the files....which was why i was even there) for any response other than "the printer is jammed." That response was, "Yeah I figured if all else fails ill use this printer but it jammed too". Apparently the guy who knew how to fix this jam was going to arrive in an additional half hour. I told her how this was a detriment to me and that i was disappointed. She responded with, "Its not like its my fault that the paper jammed." And i agree, but it is your job to fix it, something she was clearly incapable of doing. I said to her, "Dont you think that as a business its your place to accept responsibility?" She said "you know what go to staples." Which I did and I completed my business there in under 3 minutes for the same cost.

Excellent customer service (thanks Kenny for answering all my questions with patience and kindness, and Harry for last minute requests!) and pricing options for students; very quick turnover (500 2x2" oaktag tags front+back ready for pickup within an hour), and high quality final product that added the perfect flair to my schools charity pottery sale event.
