The owner of this store is wonderful, he helped me above and beyond what he had to do. I bought a mattress from here and it actually fell apart within the first year of me owning it. The owner of ACT II called the manufacturer and had a new one made for me even though the mattress I had was a limited edition. Upon delivery the new mattress was damaged as well. The owner let me go down to the store and choose any mattress in the place for my trouble and the inconvenience. He even delivered the mattress himself to my apartment and removed the old one. WONDERFUL service. I have bought multiple pieces of furniture from here and they are all in very good shape for a great price. Definitely worth a stop in. He will take care of you.

I had purchased a used coffee table and a new bedroom set, the coffee table had a few scratches but was a good deal since it was real wood, however, the "top of the line" mattress that I purchased started to sag within 6 months, after I complained about this the owner told me that the mattresses are covered by a 15 year warranty and he would take care of a replacement, it is now 3 months later since my original complaint and numerous follow-up requests and complaints with nothing being done. I will change this review if this changes.

I purchased a beautiful solid oak dining room set at a terrific price. The set was second-hand but in great shape. I also purchased new mattress at a set fair price (no fake sales). I was very happy with the sales team in the store. The delivery team was great, they gave me a time, and were punctual. They set up the table perfectly and were polite..

Bought a mattress there a year ago and it started to sag badly on the edge. Act II replaced it without question and even delivered the replacement for free. I was surprised at how well the whole thing was handled because I expected a problem. Id definitely go back again.
