I have previously purchased furniture from raymour and Flanagan when I lived in Rochester. Walking into this store with my pregnant wife, looking for a bed, I had no clue what to expect. We were greeted by Erica Todd, who is unmistakably the greatest asset to this company. She was able to answer every question we had, didnt get annoyed when we tried out around 50 different mattresses not including ones we tried out 4-5 times and also not including the adjustable bases we were trying out. She was very patient and professional. After our purchase the delivery team and customer support team were phenomenal. Everything from start to finish was perfect. Thank you again. I love my beautyrest sleep tracker adjustable base and my tempurpedic mattress. The only problem I have is I dont know how Ill ever sleep flat again! Thank you Erica, Lisa, delivery staff and everyone I dealt with.

The costumer service is horrible, our bed is uncomfrotable, and they wont do anything about it. Everythig is overpriced, and they dont want to fix things when its defected!! The brand of my bed is king koil its a raymour and flanigan brand that is useless

I would give this furniture stores 50 stars if I could the people no what there talking about. Thay have lots of furniture to pick from and the sales people are nice and no what thay sell After its a family owed people you can. Trust with your needs
