I brought my parents to this location since my in-laws and myself have purchased so many products from them in the past years. Service was excellent and my parents were able to find a very nice kitchen table and seeing that they are retired and on a budget they found about a $1000 kitchen table that would last them many years. I also found a kitchen table and sectional sofa that I was intending to purchase. My parents (being conscious of their money situation and the years they would have the table were talked into buying a warranty.) I know the terms of the warranty and how it was explained since I was with them when they bought their furniture. Any surface damage to the top of the table this warranty would cover any scratches were covered any dings or dents were covered any fading was covered. As you can see we were told everything that would happen to the table was covered by purchasing this extended warranty . Fast forward a couple months and there were indeed scratches on the table so using the information Old Brick had given them they set out to get their table fixed via the warranty. The woman they called was rude to them several all times. They have been given the run around. A person was sent to their house to assess the table and he said there were to many scratches on the table and the warrenty only covers one. Then my geriatric mother called all upset and they decided to send her a new table top. The table top gets to their house, the guys unwrap it and guess what? Is full of scratches, worse than their prior table top. So the man turns to my parents and I and says " oh well, I guess you guys know the drill, you will have to call and have them come assess this table top and see if you can get a new one. ARE YOU KIDDING ME.!!!!! Please if you want buy something from them dont get the warrenty, dont let them hackel senior citizens. The table top gets scratched from just putting a plate on it. My parents have antiques all over their house that are over 100 years old, the damage to this table was not from misuse. We are currently talking with the better business bureau due to this incident. Robbing seniors and verbally mistreating them is a serious allegation and will not be taken lightly.

Ok, let me preface this with saying I never leave reviews and would not ever go out of my way to maliciously hurt a company but this organization is extremely unprofessional. My wife and I purchased a sectional here for our new home in Niskayuna. We saw it in the store and it was comfortable and perfect for our family room. After said purchase the product was delivered, during delivery they scuffed our brand new hardwood floors which are darker, it was a giant line down the middle. This would cost thousands to repair but we are just getting started... After they delivered it we argued that setup should be the way I advised and when the delivery guys realized I was correct they took off quickly. After about 2 weeks my wife and I noticed that the chaise lounge was uncomfortable and not what we experienced in the store. We contacted old brick and they sent out someone to look, during his inspection we also found a GIANT nail sticking upwards in between cushions (we have two small kids) I showed him floor scuff and he said "sometimes that happens." Are you serious?!?!?! "Sometimes we destroy your floors, but right here!" The chaise lounge replacement did not fix the couch, it was in fact the back which was defective and verified. Now we are on with Rachel who stated we would get this taken care of. I mean, why wouldnt we get it taken care of, we are well within our 1 year warranty, the couch is faulty and we are the customer with an issue right? No. She stated a manager would call me. Two weeks later I had to drive to Rotterdam store in person to see a human being. He then tells me that a manager will call me next day. Fast forward almost 8 days later I show back up, same guy eating his words with nothing to say. As I sit in the parking lot, all I have is now a manager "will call" I wrote this godamn review as a matter of principle and so no one else gets screwed. God forrbid you got a bad piece, you are in for a nightmare. I should have stuck with Huck Finns or Taft...big mistake. Buyer Beware. ~Unhappy Customer

We purchased a bedroom set built by the Amish. The quality and craftsmanship are great. Delivery was less than week more than we were told when we ordered. Thats the good. The bad is that for delivery you have to wait for a phone call on the morning of delivery where they give you a two hour window, effectively tying up your entire day. The installation of the headboard onto the bed frame was a joke. They had two drill bits; one too small for the bolts they brought and one hole bit 3 times too large. The bolts were two to three inches too long so they would have poked holes in the wall. They used my drill bits and still drilled the first two holes in the wrong location and then had to drill another set of holes which were crooked. They offered to break off the bolts if I could lend them the tools which would have ruined the threads. I finally sent them away and went and bought the correct bolts and installed it myself. I still have extra holes in the headboard that cant be fixed.

First time I bought here i bought bed with drawers beautiful bed but one of the drawers didnt fit right , so it wasnt a big deal but i just recently i bought a bunk bed i had to wait 2 weeks for delivery nd when the delivery truck got to my house the bunk beds was broken, apparently they dropped nd still put in the truck for delivery now i have to wait another week for the bed to get delivery, last time i will buy from here , unprofessional!!!!

I would definitely recommend Old Brick Furniture. Went there for their Presidents day Sale. The sales staff was very helpful. They used technology to explain and show me the pressure points I have when I sleep. This was useful in recommending the type of bed I needed (firm). Definitely a good experience.

I found what I was looking for and was very happy with the price I paid but I had to work pretty hard for it. I appreciate that the salespeople arent pushy but it would be nice if they were at least helpful.

Decent selection of furniture and reasonable prices. They just dont seem to swap out their stock very often as the furniture was the same as it was 6 months ago.
