Despite warnings from near by store owners that these people are terrible, my experience with them could not have been better. First, the woman in charge "Galia" was able to beat out all other price quotes I got elsewhere for the exact same furniture. Second, I came all the way from Boston to Brooklyn to shop for my furniture. She gave me a good price for delivery to Boston and the guys arrived with my furniture within two weeks. I ordered a sectional sofa and a dining room table with ten chairs. The delivery guys were super careful when bringing stuff in, not to scratch anything. They assembled every piece (which was not part of the deal, I thought) and took all the trash back with them in the van to dispose of in Brooklyn. I got my furniture over two years ago. The quality is great (knock on wood). We referred a few of our friends from Boston. They picked out their furniture on another stores website, called Galia, told her what they wanted, she gave them a good price and the furniture was delivered. They were happy as well and told us thank you for referring them. I am now shopping for more furniture and plan to make a trip to Brooklyn to visit this store again in the next few weeks.

never ever buy in this store!it was horrible attitude, and they dont do refunds!!!the sales person was an insane woman from Brighton beach ,who started to tell stories how long she is in USA and how long she is in this business.She was rude ,disrespectful and unprofessional.we bought miserable dresser, and it was our mistake!we are waiting an exchange for weeks...they just making their own money and they absolutely dont care about client !the conversation was abusive and she screamed at us like a crazy! dont shop on Brighton beach!they usually lie to people and dont do their job!

DO NOT BUY HERE. These guys need to go out of business for the better good of the community. Horrible customer service, horrible prices, lies lies lies lies lies and lies. All these people do is lie and delay, lie and delay. Do you want to waste your time, have your money stolen, and not receive any product for half a year? Then by all means, go and shop at this store. If you want to be treated like a normal person, shop somewhere else.
