I came in to purchase a bundle offer with their holiday store hours extended until 11pm. I entered the store at about half hour before closing but the place was pretty much getting ready to close anyway. I approached one of the sales associates s there for help for help finding the bundle so I could checkout immediately. At first the sales associate had no idea where the item was and had trouble finding it until the manager found the item and then placed it at the cashier. Once at the cashier the sales associate very rudely asked me for all my personal info due to the fact that it was my first purchase at a PC Richard and son, he seemed as if he wanted to get out of work and get my transaction over with. We all know how that goes. He never at one point tried to be polite. He had to enter my address and name, things like that and he rushed me all the way tossing my item from side to side and rudely tapping on it while he worked on my info as if to tell me "I could have left early if it werent for you." Anyway I sucked it up and I never at any point became disrespectful because Ive provided customer service myself so I kept it together. Anyhow after the transaction was final the sales associate failed to explain to me that 2/3 of the items that were sold in the bundle I was interested with were not in stock, besides this he also refused to give me any of the items because he thought the offer was "way too good to be true" although I specifically explained to him it was in their website. He didnt even bother to verify this and continued to reply with "whatever is in the bundle comes in the box" however this wasnt so. Later another sales associate told him the bundle offer was indeed valid and he seemed really bothered that his own co-worker tried to give any help. At any point did he ever apologize for the misunderstanding or horrible customer service, in fact he sided with his facts and what he said was right and I was wrong the entire time. Which I never understood. Personally when I want a customer to leave the store, you give them what they want, as quickly as you can and theyll leave unaffected. But this guy failed to have simple logic of any sort. In the end the manager also became rowdy with me and also tried his very best to kick me out the store so they could close, which I also couldnt understand. I just kept asking to be given what was included in their bundle, even after I had accepted to come in another day and pick-up the rest of the items in the bundle they didnt have in stock. In the end I just simply asked for my money back, and that was it (kept my composure the entire time & also the box they gave me the bundle in was all beat up, I asked for a replacement but they said "that was their last one" right...) 30 minutes of struggle just because the manager of this store and the sales associate wanted to get the heck out of there. I honestly dont understand. The sales associate I dealt with whos name I cant remember anymore was of indian/guyanese/bangladesh background and the manager appeared of asian roots. Avoid these guys at all costs and possibly just this store! Im not sure if every PC Richard and Sons has this kind of thing going on.

I have lived in the Howard Beach area for over 25 years and when it comes to myself being an audio/video buff many years ago I checked out this stores location which is 5 minutes away from me. Up to 2 hour parking on meters always available Id figure to check it out. Well many years back I set up my home video system, and the staff was so helpful, and they were knowledgeable and wouldnt be undersold by anyone else. Came a time I wanted the best audio system and alarm for my cars. Its about 5 years now I call ahead, speak to the top notch car audio expert Rover, who has me running with surround sound, Bluetooth, phone connection, hands free conversation, etc (as we dont need no tickets). After being quite pleased with my audio, I went back and did my alarms, and cut off switch for my older car, Rover has a very pleasant demeanor, hes a people person, and Ive grown to trust him with any of my car audio or security needs. Customer for life at this location as long as Rover is handling my concerns or needs. Easy access to their driveway car center on Liberty right off Woodhaven Blvd. Highly recommended.

Horrible service. Manager is very rude and kept denying a price match from Home Depot because the item was being shipped to a different zip code. I adjusted to the Home Depot location near me and he grabbed my phone and made sure I wasnt doing any funny business without my permission. He said it had to be in stock to be able to price match it. Then I found a location in Valley Stream with it in stock and he said "Whos going to go there? Buy it from there" I was really angry and I was pressed for time since it was Fathers Day, so I told the manager Id call corporate, then he finally complied. All this just to save $10 on a dang vacuum cleaner. Wasnt going to be taken advantage of like this though, especially since I worked retail for 2 years and looked up the price matching policies of P.C. Richards before even entering their store.

Had a great experience shopping at PC Richards in ozone park. The sales consultant who assisted me, Raphael, was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I was in the market for a quality 4K HDTV and visited the store a few times. I initially wanted a Sony x930d, purchased it and was unhappy with the quality and therefore returned it. Raphael made sure the return process was extremely smooth and helped me purchase my second choice, the Samsung KS8000 (which is a better TV than the Sony). I will always choose PC Richards over Best Buy just for the fact that their customer service is top notch!

I must say that Im no where near tech savy, and I was a lil weary of going in by myself... I called the store to find out if they had had a particular tablet, the gentleman on the phone Lawrence Ashby, was very informative as I myself couldnt describe exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived at the store, Mr. Lawrence was a lil busy and politely introduced me to another co worker by the name of Xander Hall, he knew already what I was looking for, and finished assisting me answering in detail my many questions... I live pretty far from here, but for sure Ill b coming back for ALL my electronic needs... Thank you!

I have been shopping at this store since 1990, and go out of my way to do all my electronics and appliance shopping (recently a bed) here. My last purchase has really satisfied me a great deal...I had a tinny sound on my LG TV that was annoying to my ears and the saleman Carmelo was very helpful. He sold me a Bose speaker that was not to expensive, but WOW... what a difference it made! Now I can watch all my TV programs to the fullest satisfaction without having to rewind to hear what was spoken. Always satisfied here, they know what theyre doing since they have been in business over 100years.
