Simply, the Forest Hills PC Richards is the best place to buy a major appliance - or anything else they sell. First off, when things go right, it doesnt matter where you buy something. But if any thing goes wrong, no matter how small, then you want to work with people that will make it right. And fast. That is why I love this PCRichard store where they know how to treat customers. Roy is the manager and incredibly professional. The day after my new Kitchenaid Dishwasher was installed, I wasnt happy with the way the door closed. I called Roy and the next morning, a representative from Kitchenaid was at my door - with a confirming phone call before he showed up - to assess the situation. There was a small issue that PC installers needed to fix. Manager Roy arranged for Pat, another installer, to come for the first call of the day. Pat was amazing and said, immediately, "I can fix this. And I will, right now." Twenty minutes later, everything worked perfectly. Thats service. I still cant get over that less than 72 hours after I had an issue, it was corrected (on the day of New Years Eve, no less) - and Roy, the manager was extremely helpful and kind and reassuring through it all.I believe in supporting local stores and Im so happy I did with this dishwasher. Finally, I did spent hours researching dishwashers. I looked at Miele, Bosch, Kitchenaid, GE and LG. All great brands. Kitchenaid was the one that Raza, my sales person, originally suggested I buy based on all my needs. After I did all the research and looking, it turned out that that was absolutely the best choice for me. So special mention to Raza - he knows his stuff. Great person to work with, too.

If your going to go to a PC Richards, go to this location. I came in with an appliance need i left feeling like there was one less problem i had to deal with in this world. My old washer/ dryer combo stopped working. I shopped around and was rather disconcerted by the prices that i found. My wife happened to stumble upon this location because its right near where we lived. She walked in and when she told me about the price, I couldnt believe it. I came into the store after a long day at work and really was not in the mood for games and sales pitches and all that that can make the customer service experience, one you dont want to experience. I came in with my guard up, i left realizing i would be coming back to this particular location with all my home appliance needs and more because the customer service experience at this location is exceptional. I met Carlos and he i cant tell you how much he helped me out. He answered all my questions and even ones that i did not know i needed to ask. And then Carlos introduced me to Roy. After i met Roy, i knew that this location had an astoundingly knowledgeable and remarkable team. Their teamwork was brilliant. I came in with a lot of uncertainty but Carlos and Roy helped me out to the degree that when i left I knew everything was going to be alright. If ones of customer service experience can be likened to Nirvana, then thats what you will experience at this PC Richards from staff like Carlos or Roy, better yet Carlos and Roy. Go buy something. You wont be disappointed.

I purchased a Queen size Mattress together with a Sealy Full Box Spring in this location. The sales did not know how to put the sales order in their system, four people tried to solve the system problem. It took almost 2 hours to put an order in the system. Second, they wanted to charge me on the Box Spring when a advertising flyer clearly indicates that there is a promotion for free Box Spring if purchasing a Mattress. Finally they agreed to give me a free Box Spring, but they ordered the wrong size, I need 5 and they ordered 9. I called them for exchange but they parked me over the phone for half an hour and then told me they would call me back, but they never did. So to summarize, the Sales looks nice, but does not know how to put the order in the system, you have to fight for the promotion that they posted. The customer service is a joke.

I had a great experience with Roy, the manager of the Forest Hills store. My mom is recovering from a stroke, mostly bedridden and confined to one room, and her AC went out. During the process of replacing the AC there was a miscommunication along the way regarding the need of a sleeve vs. just a swap out. None of this was Roys fault, but like a true manager he got involved and solved the problem. He even drove the sleeve to my parents house himself so the instal could still happen on that same scheduled day. During a time when most (including myself) have very little good to say about their customer service experiences Roy and his team at the Forest Hills store stood out for their understanding of the situation. I appreciate greatly their compassion for my mothers condition and how quickly they worked to solve the problem. Thank you Roy!!

A few weeks ago my grandparents tasked me, as many of is with grandparents usually are, with "fixing" their TV. At first glance it was easy to see they needed a replacement for their 1999 Hitachi Projector TV. Took a trip to PC Richards the next day and was a little taken aback with the many options they had on display. A salesman approached me, I explained what I was looking for, obviously not 4K... He gave me a few options and took a trip to the back of the store and found me and amazing LG 55 1080P TV, that wasnt even on display yet, for a phenomenal price to boot. Punched in a few numbers with some help from the manager and got me a free sound bar (Gramps was Thrilled!). Super happy with the service, then again expected no less since Ive been shopping here for years. Cant go wrong here!

I recently had one of the best experiences shopping for appliances at this PC Richard & Son store! Frank and Raza were a pleasure to deal with, and Frank is one of the best store managers I have ever encountered: he is extremely professional, works hard, and is a very savvy business person who strikes the perfect balance between doing whats best for his employer and making sure his customers are happy. And this great service doesnt stop with Frank: he has a wonderful team of sales people who work well together (Raza and Sal are two such individuals with whom I have interacted well in the past), which is yet another reason this store is the perfect place to shop! It is truly wonderful having these guys in our neighborhood. I wholeheartedly recommend this PC Richard & Son location!

I have been shopping at the PC Richards at this location for YEARS. The service is unparalleled. I needed a fridge and instead of going to any other location, I automatically just came here. came in today to buy it. Let me tell you; the process was just so seamless as it always is! Mike greeted us and began answering all of my and my parents questions (and we had a lot of them!) with such kindness and efficiency. John the manager then came over a few minutes later to make sure that our purchase was indeed what will meet our needs and just to explain everything in more detail. Their professionalism, kindness, knowledge and prices cannot be beat! I make all of my purchases with ease of mind and these are the reasons why my family and I have been coming here for over 10 years!
