HATED IT WITH PASSION WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not even the fact that I was a customer, they treated me with disrespect by cursing in front of me. We bought a robot vacuum cleaner and had to bring it back because it was too loud and ineffective. I went in and told them the problem and asked them for an EXCHANGE. Not a return, an EXCHANGE. They absolutely refused due to the fact that I opened the product and used it for 5 minutes. Anyone knows, and I would think that a establishment that has been running for 10+ years would also know, that electronics must be tried to see how it works! I was completely baffled and refused to let them con me this way. I demanded an exchange at which this time one of the workers (skinny guy) cursed in front of me in Korean and walked away. The owner came and I figured maybe she will be more of a help but I was so wrong. She told me that it was my fault for opening the product and bringing in it after the 5 day window (which the salesman who sold me the product did not tell me about) and she cant let me return or exchange. I kept telling them it was unacceptable and then she offers an exchange with 25% OFF of the price I paid! WHAT?! After hearing that, I just didnt want anything to do with this place and demanded all of my money back. I stayed until I got all of my money back. They gave it to me BUT there was a promotional facial mask pack that came with the vacuum cleaner and the owner tells me that until I bring that PROMOTIONAL facial mask pack back to her, she is going to hold $20 from my refund. UNBELIEVABLE! I didnt even open that generic facial mask so I returned that back to her. I have never experienced such ridiculous service and it makes me wonder how it stayed open this long.

I bought a refrigerator and a television from here, with installation services for my existing surround sound system, as well as putting the TV on the wall. The customer service was great! I called ahead of time, and they advised me to measure the space that I wanted to put my fridge in. When I came in, the salesman was very understanding, and was very patient in explaining things to me, even as I asked the most basic questions haha. They delivered and installed the products the very next day, and didnt try to upsell me on random cables and plugs like the unnamed New York City chain store whose logo is blue and red tried to do several years ago, cough cough. The installation went seamlessly, and I couldnt be happier with my purchase or the service. I will definitely be recommending Electronic Land to my friends!

This place is amazing - the staffs there are friendly and helpful. Ive purchased a number of things from this place over the past few years and the prices were absolutely great! (They gave me better deals that those I found online). Totally recommended!

I was impressed by Electronic Lands selection of appliances and customer service. Theyve been in business for decades so they really know their stuff. Its nice to be able to ask someone questions and touch/feel a product before buying it. Ill be back!
