Veronica is great but the entire store seems like they have no idea what is going on. I was forgot about and I had to call them back, after that nothing listed on their site was available so I had to pick out everything at the store. I found some things I really liked and scheduled delivery. I scheduled for one and they didnt show up unto 4:30 with the WRONG STUFF, whatever thats fine Ill just wait but then I got constant "I only have one driver" "my driver is sick" "two drivers didnt show up today" Im sorry but its not my problem Im spending $1,000s of dollars and they cannot get a simple delivery right. I paid about three weeks of rent for furniture I never got and only got a 1 week refund (thanks?). Then only to realize nothing got cancelled and they then called all of my references looking for me like a fugitive after ONE DAY of unpaid furniture that I never received. Good customer service hides the awfully disfunctional communication.

The staff are super nice but it doesnt make up for lack of customer service. Ive used Rent a Center for 10 years and never had an issue. Wanted a sectional and was told a used one was "like new...8/9 out of 10" for 250 less per the manager from the store it was coming from. On day of delivery was told truck was broken down (dont they have other RACs??). Then waited two more days to get sectional. Asked manager to please deliver alittle early as we had a dinner to go to but it came at the hour it was scheduled for (he never changed the time after agreeing to). Then the "8/9 out of 10" sectional had a huge chunk taken out of the bottom of the chaise, scratches all over and fabric hanging at the bottom. Looks worse than what youd get at a garage sale. Now I have to wait two weeks for a new one. No word yet if it was ordered but Im sure they will call me when they want their money

The woman who answers the phone Veronica is very rude and has a bad attitude and horrible customer service skills in the 5 months weve been going there we have had multiple bad experiences with her. If you upset her during a phone call she will yepl at you its not her problem and hang up on you. The store has poor communication amongst each other. Jason is the only person I will ever deal with and we are actually giving back our furniture because we have had such a bad experience there

Veronica is very rude, my payments have been screwed up lately for over 4 months carrying over from the ballston spa store. Trying to explain my payment situation to her FOR THE THIRD TIME, and she raises her voice and argues with me and was very rude to the point she HUNG UP ON ME. Will NEVER use this store again after this!

Was given damaged equipment that was supposedly new. They never got back to me regarding repairs and forgot to replace three weeks in a row now they refuse to give answers regarding pick up of their stuff. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM EVER GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. YOU BE BEEN WARNED
