Went in to get an item and the clerk gave me a wrong one. I had someone else go in and return it for the right one, but the clerk gave them ANOTHER wrong one. I went in again, (this is the third time Im trying to buy an item in one night) and finally got the right item. Only problem? It was used. Scotch taped the box shut, instructions shoved into the box, item scratched up. Clerk didnt tell me it was used nor did it say anything on the box, and I paid full price.

New Rochelle Radio Shack, is the only shack i shop due to the great staff like Angie who always greets with a smile and when Im looking for new gadgets she always helps me find the items i need and explains the best way to use them thats why I, feel this review is needed for the great service received at this RADIOSHACK..
