While the retail prices are super high at Staples, I have yet to find a better "Clearance Rack" than you will undoubtedly find at the back of every single location (just walk the back wall its always there somewhere). Lets just say that when Staples slashes pricing its MAJOR. Also, the stuff is always in perfect condition as unlike competitors like Walmart & Target u rarely see children in Staples, its too boring. From what I gather they redline every single return regardless of the reason for return. Avoids restocking & a cluttered store & Im sure theyre margins afford it. Id give 4 stars if they didnt close at 8pm on Saturday nights which is just rude & downright enraging at times!

Cashier was assistant manager. Register locked up. She had to reenter 2 times and total was wrong. Item sale priced, she was unaware of it. Involved another worker and both never offered to check price. Questioned me repeatedly. Told them it was not up to me to how and where items were stocked. Said forget it. Told her they should get their act together. She never apologized but ignored my comments instead. This is the 2nd problem at that store in a month.

The attitude of the "gentleman" at the copy center was rude and dismissive. Okay, he was downright cranky. Sadly, he is not the exception. Every time I go into that store no one wants to help you. They act like you are a bother and wasting their valuable time and "superior" intellect. NO customer service at this store. Poor attitudes! Never again. I will go to Kinkos for my copies from now on.

This store falsely have product boxes on the shelves with sale prices, you go to buy the item and poof, they dont have the product and try to get you to buy one through their website for a higher price, dont do business with them.

Not actually open until posted hours, copy center shut down "machines" at 9:50. "It would take 30 minutes to turn them back on."
